I booked a rail ticket on[protected] for journey on 2-4-2019 from hyderabad to nellore. I paid an amount of rs.916 towards ticket charges vide transaction id. Ctkt5986311. I received a payment report on[protected] that they have not received the amount. Again i paid rs.916 through citi bank credit card. When i received citibank account statement, i found that they received rs.916 twice. I had this bitter experience with confirmtkt earlier also. I unnecessarily recommended this app to my relatives and friends. It is obious that confirmtkt cheated me. You may return the amount rs, 916 collected second time, with interest and credit the same to my citibank card account immediately.
