[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Delivery failure of flowers | |||||
I ordered flowers for delivery on Feb 14 2016. This delivery and payment was confirmed by PayTm and HDFC bank. Order number[protected]. The flowers were not delivered Feb 14. I called on Feb 15 and was assured the delivery would happen that day by 10pm. Again failure to deliver the flowers. On Feb 16 I was once again assured delivery. On Feb 18 I requested refund because of failure to deliver the flowers. I was told the refund was processed, but I have not received the refund and on Feb 22 was sent an SMS that the delivery was shipped. The flowers were not delivered and the refund was not processed. I sent several emails requesting contact and SendMyGift.com has failed to respond to my queries. It has been 10 days since promised delivery and they have not delivered nor processed a refund.
