[Resolved] Sendmygift.com — Product not delivered, no answer from customer care even after continuous follow up | |||||
Hi, My order id[protected] placed on 13th Feb is still not delivered. The selected delivery date was 14th Feb. There is no response from customer care, no one receives the call, no one responds to the chat and mails do not get delivered to [protected]@sendmygift.com. These activity of yours confirms me that this is a fraud company and they are in no mood of delivery my order. I know that your office and shop is in HSR Layout (I stay near by to your office).
