How much time would it take since its ordered with a reason and if that is not served what use is the ordering?

This is highly ridiculous that your customer support is patheric

When do you think the delivery would happen. The customer support is as usual pathetic and there is no clarity on the delivery or the refund if the delivery is not intended. This is highly disgusting that there is no response.

Heights of testing patience ...this is not a good site . It plays with ones emotions and screws your feeling with which you wanted to gift. Bogus ...

Disgusted with the site it is still not delivered.

Is there any action been taken for the orders that are not delivered

Utter nonsense this is ...no action being taken i had made a payment of 1748 for the order that i had placed. now no update.
