I paid for a 1 year premium a month ago. Last week I got an email that my profile requires random verification. I provided the documents they requested and asked to reactivate it. At first, the customer care rep said they need 1 more document. I provided that and then called them again. They confirmed they have all the documents and are activating it then. It's been 3 days and still no activation. I have called several times and my profile shows deleted now. Everytime they call, they say it will be done in a few hours. This is a total scam and I would like to receive my money back from the company.

Updated by thepeterpan Still nothing. Everyday I call and they say it will be done in a few hours from the call. It is not appropriate for a company to provide this quality of service to paid members.
