[Resolved] Shaadi.com — Refund of money paid for Select Shadi | |||
This is with reference to bio data ID: SH 64308804. I have paid Rs.6153 by cheque no:869541 drawn on SBI bank dated 10/1/2014 for Platinum membership ( 12 months ) for which you have provided receipt no 0209. To avail the service of Select Shadi I was offered 33percent discount and asked to pay Rs: 15147 for six months service which I paid by cheque no: 869544 drawn on SBI bank dated11/1/2014 for Select Shadi service ( 6 months ) for which a separate receipt no: 0133 was issued. With both my payments I stand to avail one year Platinum membership and six months Select Shadi service. The Select Shadi service commenced from 13/1/2014 and discontinued from 3/3/2014 as the service provided was not satisfactory as promised. Since Select Shadi service has been discontinued from 3/3/2014 I should be refunded the balance amount which I paid for Select Shadi. Please do the needful . Hello, Myself, Samreen, I'd No. SH86465362, We Liked The Profile SH42050175, We Had Some Confusion We Asked To Talk To The Boy His Father Felt Insulted And Stop Responsing Msgs, and Also saw 15 profiles but none them doesn't felt well suited so we asked for refund instead of that they asked us to wait for 24hrs and they will write special mail to reconsider her again, I don't think we have has done any crime asking boy to come to the chat. So point is we want refund but they are not intiating our refund. TBH we also lost interest in the boy and his family.
