Dear Sir / Madam, I have activated my profile to shaadi.com centre at Pimpri Branch after paying a huge amount in the month of september 2013 for Six months and within ten days i have converted my profile membership to two years. I have received mail from your side that your services has been converted to two years but till today services has not been given to me. I have made various complaints but no reply from your side. Kindly give me proper services OR else will take legal action. Regards

      shaadi.com foooled as with different statements, they fooled us by saying that get into selectshaadi services we assure you that we will get a match done in 15 days of the select service . but its been 2 months there haven't been single work done by them . before taking the money they were calling us everyday but when we opted the services no satisfactory work has been done. I want my Rs13300 back.

        my profile id SH93598135 1) There is nt rule in TOC of shaadi that they cant chnage maritual status 2) when I asked them to chnage with proper reason, they disbaled my profile asking for id verification only to avoid work 3) when I given my id, still they r not chnaging either refund my money or will go to consumer court

          Gold membership till[protected] Every point shaadi.com hide from the customers why? why maximum phone number one can see in a day is 10, whether we use 75 in a day or 3 months we had paid for and you have no right to rule over our account. I have noted many ids and want to check their contact details. As 23.08.2014 was my last day, I started checking it. As soon as checked 10, I received message.maximum phone numbers one can see only 10 per day. [protected]

                I[censored] pay to buy some product, company is not giving refund and saying product not availble, what will u do? this is legal warning to shaadi. as per recent chat I used my contact balance for not one but 4 contacts, as they dont hve cell no visible I dont get their contact, but shaadi deducated balance if my balance not refunded in 24 hrs, will ask for mental harrasement charges also

                This is so true since i had also experienced the same issue. After availing select shaadi services after paying Rs 19k
                They had not even contacted me once. Owner mr. Anupam mittal is least bothered about his business and employees are under paid and less qualified. Shaadi.com is actually looting the people

                  shaadi.com foooled as with different statements as i was a simple paid member and they fooled us by saying that get into selectshaadi services we assure you that we will get a match done in 15 days of the select service .
                  but its been 4 months there haven't been single work done by them .
                  before taking the money they were calling me everyday but as i opted the services no follow up no feedback and when i said that you promised me that if we are not able to get ur profile matched up we will refund you the money and when i asked for money refund they threatened us do what so ever you can and if you do something you will pay for it as said by executive of shaadi center jaipur.
                  their staff is just uneducated and inplace of refund they forcely said we cannot refund money but can extend your plan for 15 days as they felt their mistake and asked us what to do we asked extention for 3 months and as to make us kneel down and show pity they did it for only 15 days.
                  so kindly mark it as priority in cyber crime and take it at a serious note and inform us what to do later on.

                    Dear sir/madam, I have paid for the six month member ship of shaadi.com, in this period of time i have not received a single call from service center regarding any query and for suggestion.till this i have no complaints but the data, contact details for which i have paid for is also hide on the time when term is over.the data and contact details of accpeted members during my paid period is my right to see for which i have paid. the customer executive calls only for payment and at the time of renewation of membership. i have very strong objection as a customer that the data should see the accepted member details those he obtain during their paid period.                     I totally agree with you. I paid 18k for 3 months select shaadi services and not even a single meeting was arranged by my relationship manager. Later on i found out that the owner of this site Anupam mittal is minting lakhs of rupees even without knowing what is happening at grass root level. Most of the employees of shaadi.com are under paid and uneducated due to which organization is not able to provide right services...but it is an astonishment that owner mr. Mittal has become a billionaire by doing this rubbish business.

                      You have this strange policy of closing down a complaint and marking resolved even before confirming it with me...Some dumb heads sitting in your company i guess...

                      What non-sense u r talking about..A customer telling a genuine problem and u r giving ur own verdict that problem doesnt exist..Am i lying??? Why dont you send your technical person and i can demonstrate the thing in front of me...If i am found to be correct then, u shall give me compensation of one lakh rupess bcoz u are indirectly saying that i am lying..How dare u said that there is no such problem...I challenge your it team on this...

                      Just now i again tried to use the surprise me service and i had shake my mobile. A profile got open and when i didnt like that profile and again shake the mobile, rather than new profile, her contact details got opened on its own...Half an hour back again this thing happened and u r saying that ur it team have told u that there is no problem..

                      I challenge ur it team on this thing..I cant see the list on view contact details ids which earlier used to be else i would have told u exact ids which got opened on its own. And by the way i am using iphone, best phone so dont say to me that it must be the problem of phone...U seem to have habit of removing all those features where ppl can put u in fix...Its such a small thing and u ppl acting like hitler and deciding right or wrong on its own

                          Hi All, I took Gold Service from shaadi.com. Below things were said to us none was provided: 1) Promised :Every Week 4 profiles will be sent by the RM (Relationship Manager) - Once we give a go ahead they will rigorously follow up. Actual : They will send 4 profile without even going through the groom profile properly.No through follow up done. Example : Guy is 36 years old but looking for girl within age of 33-45.No profile picture . Do you think for searching such profile one needs to take a membership of RS 15, 000. 2) Promised : They publish your Advertisement in newspaper. Actual : They don't do it we came to later 3) Promised :Other than the 4 profile per week.If we found some profile and asked them to follow up . They will do that Actual : They will take the profile names from you and share these profiles next week by including these in the 4 profile they were suppose to send. We complained to their team.But no changes were made.We requested to change the relationship manager that did not happen as well. Please do not enroll with Gold premium membership in Shaadi.com

                            I created a profile with an email id of abi.[protected]@yahoo.com but it was deactivated on the same day it was created. I created another profile with an email [protected]@yahoo.com which is a very active profile and was using to find a partner. Later we receive a call from one of the agent named Ekta asking to make payment to make it more efficient and we made the payment. (All emails are available to double check). Later we figured out that they have credited the payment to abi.[protected]@yahoo.com profile and nothing has been done for the active profile. I am residing in Dubai and have been calling shaadi.com spending all the money from past 4 days everyday starting from 12/06/2014 and then it takes: a) 15-20 minutes to reach an agent and conversation goes on till 25 and even 30 minutes (all records are present on the bill statement). b) Have been repeating and explaining them the whole scenario very clearly and I was always assured that the issue will be resolved within 24 hours but nothing has been done yet. c) I get an answer that one profile is Indian and another was created in UAE so money can't be transferred but BOTH THE PROFILES WERE CREATED IN UAE. d) Yesterday i.e., 11/06/2014, on of their agent named Faizan told me that as per their payment team, Either I will get a Refund or Amount will be transferred for sure within 24 hours and I will receive a call from shaadi.com. He took both my Dubai mobile number but its the 28th Hour running now and nothing has been done yet. After all this, I am being told to stop using the new id and start usning the old one. Re initiate the search and the members who have accepted your request, resend them the request and restart the whole process!! Which apparently will make me look like a fool in front of other people. I would request to kindly assist me with the same. After a lot of frustration I am logging this complaint and seeking a good response. Best Regards, Anant Bajpai

                                  Its our bad decision to have chosen shaadi.com membership as we have been cheated. The service was very bad. We never got even a single accepted profile from them. The relationship manager never bothered to call on time and provide us the proper service. When we called either there will be no response or he will get back to us but the day never turns up. So we decided to end this membership to get our money back as given in the website, but whenever we call customer care they told that there will be call back within 48 hrs. But we never received any call. They are just delayed the time and not providing any type of service. We just want the service charges back . My shaadi.com id : SH03041660

                                    I'm addressing my concerns with regard to my experience with Shaadi.com RM services.
                                    I had logged a complaint in Nov also, excerpts of which you can read below:

                                    "I had registered as a Premium member on 26th September, 2013 and had paid Rs.10, 000 as membership fees for the same. My Profile ID is SH25568953.

                                    I was promised that suitable profiles would be forwarded at the end of every week.

                                    INSPITE OF YOUR UNCONDITIONAL GUARANTEE, I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE ACCEPTANCE OR FEEDBACK IN 2 MONTHS! It has been ~2 months and I have only received 2 mails from your relationship managers.

                                    I would like to lodge a complaint against Ms.Seema Bhandari who was my 1st relationship manager. In the 1st month, she only sent me 1 set of profiles. When I requested more profiles, I was told "That there are other clients to be served and I should wait"! She was EXTREMELY RUDE in her behavior as she never picked my calls and always had excuses ready not to do her job (festival season - shraad, dushera etc. etc.)

                                    After waiting for 1 month, I was extremely frustrated and requested that my relationship manager be changed. My RM was switched to Mr.Nitin Kumar who has once again disappointed with his POOR SERVICE. Today is 11th November and I have only received 1 set of profiles on 24th October. After that Mr.Nitin has only delayed sending me any profiles despite committing the same on phone many times. "

                                    After having logged this complaint, I received at least 20 phone calls from the center and following was what we finally agreed upon:

                                    "Dear Richa,

                                    As per our telephonic conversation we have agreed on following points.

                                    1- I will personally indulge with Pushpa for the services and ensure you that you will get best services from our side

                                    2- We will start your service from today 14th nov and your RA will be Pushpa mishra her contact number is [protected] and email id is pushpa.[protected]@peopleinteractive.in

                                    3- We will send you profile by every 10 days 10 proposal .

                                    4- You will see our services for one month and if we are unable to provide you services then you can go for our refund procedure.

                                    After this email, I thought of trying again from start but not surprisingly, I was extremely disappointed with not just the services (that no-one seemed to offer), but also extremely irresponsible and insulting behavior of even the center manager, Ms. Anushree Sharma. Please find below an email that I sent regarding the same:

                                    "Hi Neha,

                                    Just received a call from Ms Anushree who seems to be accusing me of having finalized a profile for my sister and thus asking for a refund.

                                    I would like to ask you is this how all Relation Managers behave after not providing satisfactory services in an effort to take the blame off their backs?

                                    Do you actually think i would have cared about mere 10, 000 bucks if i had finalized the profile?

                                    Disgusting behavior and highly disappointing staff!

                                    Tried calling you, your number is switched off "

                                    After 9th January, I waited for the next set of profiles until 27th January and since there was no email/no contact or reason whatsoever provided, I logged in my complaint again and asked for a refund, to which Ms. Anushree Sharma responded by saying that she was out of office and hence could not communicate or provide any services. I do not have a problem with no services for 10 days, but I do have a problem with EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOR.

                                    She seemed to accuse me of not meeting with the profiles that they were sending (on and off without any routine) but isn't it finally my decision whom to meet and whom to not meet ?

                                    The RM's job was to send profiles every 10 days and that did not happen. To top it all, I was insulted and disrespected each time I tried contacting them. Lubna was also in a conversation when Ms. Anushree accepted this bad behavior.

                                    I request you to let me know where do we go from here. Please read the final email I received from shaadi.com after my complaint the second time around, and since then NO-ONE seems to respond to my phone calls/emails.

                                    "Hi Surbi,

                                    We are still investigated with your case.

                                    Please understand as we have to discuss this on senior level.

                                    We will be getting in touch with you and will update you with final outcome asap.

                                    The last time any "services" were provided to me was 9th January!

                                    I feel cheated, disrespected and insulted on so many levels right now that I can not even fathom. I am willing to take the next step because such disrespectful behavior and irresponsible services is NOT what anyone signs up for.
