WTF??? Why on earth would you want to send passport copies to these internet bhadwas???

I was approached with the same request. I am not comfortable at all to scan my personal ID documents to Shaadi.com. Their website is a commercial website and I am not placing my security in their hands.
There can be other methods of verifying.
I have already shared my name, phone number, email address and If i become a paid member, they will also have my credit card information which is more then enough.
If someone gets reported or is showing derogatory picture or message then they should futher be investigated.

They've ask me a Scaned ID..well my answer i wouldn't give my ID because it's sensitive information .That's different story if they send someone to my home to make sure I am the same person who created Account at shaadi.com then i would like to show my ID but Scaned id...Hell noooo.Here are already bunch of scammers around in US.i don't wanna be a victim of I'D theft and you asking me a Scaned ID...haha...i no need a wife from your website.i Glad ain't pay you any penny which I was thinking to pay gold package ...Thank God I didn't do it .
A women from uae connected with my profile and wanted to chat at a different time and asking me irritating questions. My profile is completed with the minutest details and several pics her profile badly written half complete and many details missing.since she was a mom of 2 kids i pitied her and accepted her request to connect. After several irritating messages i wrote some rude words to her like check my profile my details are completed. And don't disturb. She took it personally and reported me to shadi.com now since she was a paid member and I being a free member shadi team took cognisance immediately blocked my profile and with it several good profiles who I was about to connect maybe marry in some time. Other day i explained shadi team wrote several emails made calls to let go and open my profile back. They did not pay any heal. I was a paid member too for several years before also had my cousins and relatives paid profile got them married through shadi.com . They are totally biased and greedy . They donot have feelings for their free members or courtesy to listen to both sides...
