I taken shaadi.com membership three times, No benefit to me & to my sister also.
I paid 3000 to shaadi.com, At the time of membership every executive are so much over clever & confident to take membership at any terms & conditions.After that they never seen customer whether he is live or not.
Shaadi.com sent me those profiles whose does, nt not match my criteria which i chosen, like i want from Ghaziabad with non working profile, when i call to cc they replied you have to adjust with this which we recommend, so they forcibly reply of adjustment after we paying amount to this ridiculous site.

So if you want to marry with adjustment in your life then you go for shaadi.com or any matrimonial site.

    Hi, We have taken the premium+ service on approx 16 Nov after that we started receiving call from Neha may be your marketing executive. She was suggesting us to upgarde to selected shaadi, during conversation she told me about VIP as well, we received like 10 calls per day to take the service. In the first VIP validation, the validator said they dont have much profiles so they cant provide us the serivce. Next day I received the call from shomit may be your Sr manager. He convinced us that sufficient profiles are there. We subscribed the VIP service. We got Ali as VIP Consultant, he sent us 2 profiles which was already seen by us. I told him the same. Then he provided me other 3 profiles but they were also already seen. If your top 5 profile I have already seen where are the VIP profiles that you were telling me before, I dont understand why do u do such a fraud thing. If someone is believing on you guys, you provide this type of services. I didn't expected this from shaadi.com. When I asked for refund they are saying its difficult, ridiculous.         Hi, This is my very bad experience about Shaadi.com and it is really big cheater company where people are joining with hope but lose money, time and hope. I was the paid member and i had more contact remaining and when tried to use, they are having some restriction that within 24 hrs you can only see 0 member. I had remaining appx 80-90 members and use 30-35 members. When I asked to give chance then he denied and told that at the time of payment, you have accepted my condition. The condition was hidden and not looking openly. These people and company cheated me and I don't have any way to get it. Now, my id has been expired and not having to see even i had remaining contact to see which I had paid money. My Id has been expired 1st Oct 2015. Due to that restriction, not used my contact. Requested but declined at the same time when I was a member and few date was remaining. My mobile number is [protected] and Shaadi.com Id is SH35778412. I used other Metromonial site and paid them but this fraud is happening first time. If I paid money for contact details suppose to 125 then I should have rights to see it at least till paid member ship not that you will not give me rights and will put some hidden agreement and when customer ask then you will show agreement and will ask to see click small link then read it. This is the cheating and thinking that we can break the law and use it. Please help me if you can and please let me know what should we do. Regards, Tanveer

You should see this forum for all the complaints against shaadi.com and I really invite you to join us on facebook to make sure that we can take apt legal action against shaadi.com and its promoters for conducting fraudulent internet practices. More importantly we hope this will help people looking to join shaadi or renew their memberships.

          Hi, I purchased two product in two time from Shaadi.com. I post this marriage add in favour of me sister. First time was Diamond package and the recent one also similar like that. None of this product help me at all. NO good recommendation, no beneficial. When I try book a complain in Shaadi.com Customer care. They always start making marketing and push to purchases better product. However they are not concern about the product which they sold to me. I am highly disappointment after your service.           Hi Sanyal,

          You should read all the other complaints about shaadi.com on this forum and how they scam you for money.
          They make you sign up first without explicitly highlighting the details they will need. Once you have a few contacts, they will randomly ban you and ask you to provide all sorts of personal details. They know that without providing these details your only option is to open up another account and pay them another fee!

            I have made a profile in Shaadi.com NO SH 21955329
            Profile was blocked on 12/10/2015 and certain documents were asked to submit for verification.
            During the period from 12/10/15 to 14/10/15, I have submitted further copies of the documents but still they have kept them under screening,
            My package is going to expire today on 15/10/15 and I think they are doing this just want of money in terms of renewal of the package.There was 100 nos of phone which can be viewed but approx. 50 out of them are still pending and also they have restricted views upto 10 numbers per day.
            As such their intention is clear and this type of cheating with the customers is unjustified.

            People in this busy life get seldom time for match making through friends, neighbors or relatives. The fact is known to the matrimonial sites. That's why they behave like this. I too created a profile for my son (25) and subscribed for Gold membership. I could not understand their cheating method and could see only 07 contacts...
            If you take a paid membership you are allowed to send 200 requests in a day, but if you send 200 requests in a day more than twice they will ban you and not return your money. This is another way of the scamsters called as shaadi.com

              Hi I started talking to a lady named Shilpa Jobanputra back in July 2015 over time we got to know each other, and got on very well. I even went to Kenya to meet her in person we discussed marriage and she agreed. After returning back to my home country she was all lovey dovey for a week then suddenly disappeared, never answered my calls did not reply to messages on whatsapp. Without a valid reason. If any of you guys do come across her please do not interact she is a player and has no interest in marriage. She has very convincing stories about getting robbed and also stories about the way her mother treats her. I am an honest and true person this woman took me for granted and abused my trust and respect. I don't want it to happen to anyone else. She is also on Facebook but hardly updates her profile.                 You are not alone!!!

                I have heard a number of stories from other previous members about how shaadi tries to scam you into giving this 'personalized service' in return for an upfront payment. But of course, once you have paid, they are anything but helpful. You get a bunch of odd emails here and there and that too from potential 'partners' who you would not even want to stay in the same room with let alone spend the rest of your life!!!

                New members need proof? Just go to shaadi.com and look at 'your recommended matches' - see if you feel like doing anything else other than ripping your hair out and turning shaadi.com CEO into a punching bag.

                Just read through this forum about all the complaints-anyone who reads/writes English should be able to discern that paying these scammers if simply foul-expecting any money back is FOOLISH!

                Which is why I started banshaadi.com facebook page. Please join me in getting shaadi.com thrown out of the internet

                  Join banshaadi.com and help me getting this site taken down and the directors jailed for fraud till they refund all our monies....

                  Beware of this company. They first charge you money and then take down your profiles forcing you to create other profiles. They do this with profiles who have lots of interests/contacts and the only way to reconnect with those contacts would be to pay up again and create another profile.

                  ***I am planning to take them to court for fraud and invasion of privacy. Anyone who has had his/her profile suspended arbitrarily even though you have submitted full ID proof is welcome to join me in this pursuit*******

                    I am a premium plus member since almost 1 and half year now. You are asking me to upload my details now (account on hold), when talks are about to be final. Cant upload the proof till 1 month, I am out of state and you have blocked account access. My questions: 1. What were you doing till 1 and half year ? 2. Why didn't you asked for verification before eating my money for premium plus fees? 3. My premium period is ongoing, and I cant access account, that means my money is going wasted? 4. Why should I trust you for having my confidential proofs. I own an SEO company, and will do my best to make your ratings down.                         So many times, i've told my preferences to shaadi.com still they not sending me matches according to my preferences.Intentionally, they are sending me those matches who are not according to my preferences.I've told them my preferences on the phone and mails also but still they are not sending good matches.

                        I told them if you don't have good matches according to my preferences please return my remaining money or send me good matches.They told me that you don't have preferred matches.They also told me that i've accepted members that's why they will not return my money.I've taken the gold membership on 3rd august 2015 but my membership began on 6 august 2015. My shaadi.com id is sh40686363. It's my second time complaint against shaadi.com.

                        I'm really upset by the matches thay are sending me.If they don't have good matches then why are they not refunding my remaining money.

                        If they don't want to return my remaining money at least they should send matches according to my preferences.

                        But at least in the advanced search, shaadi.com should send matches according to my preferences.Even in the advanced search, shaadi.com is not sending me good matches.
                        Shaadi.com is intentionally sending me those matches who are totally opposite of my preferences.
                        They should tell me earlier that they don't have good matches.They say only one thing that you have accepted so many members.
                        It's really strange that shaadi.com told me after so many days after the payment that they don't have good matches for me.

                          I have been a shaadi.Com member for a couple of months now and i am a paid member until oct2015 i tried to log in to my account recently but had difficulty as they were asking me for proof of id! there is no contact number for the uk to speak to anyone help so spoke to someone on the online chat he said unless i dont submit proof of id they will not allow me to access my account!! who is comfortable with doing that ???? i certainly am not i said to them im not happy tpmthey said they will not allow me to accesss my account unless i do so i said fine give me a refund as i have paid for this service up until july, they refused to give me a refund.What shocks me is why didnt they ask me for my id when i made my profile and made my payment?? why 2 months in to using my profile do they ask me for id proof then? they are fraudently taking peoples money not providing the services that i have paid for and refusing to give me passport.Please please do not use shaadi com they take your money and do not provide a service which you have paid for and refuse to give a refund!! please be aware pf this site i will be taking further action against them and will be taking them further on all social media websites as they should not be able to get away and ripping people off its theft and fraud!!                             I have created my sister's profile on Shaadi.com and take membership for three months. On expiry of membership, one of the executive of above named site Miss Nilofer Khan pursued me to renew the membership for at least three months at 30% discount and pay only Rs. 2730 instead of Rs. 3900. She send me a link for online payment on my registered email address [protected]@gmail. com. I used the said link for payment but I was shocked to see that my account has been debited by Rs.4503/-.                             First of all, thanks for your kind support in resolving my complaint. We would like to inform you that on your persuation, Shaadi.com support team member contacted me and apologize for inconvenience. She told me that the excess amount was deducted due to change in mobile IP address while making the payment, which is not acceptable. Further, on behalf of customer care, she assured me to refund the full amount and advised me to deposit Rs.2730/- in Shaadi.com account maintained with ICICI Bank. 15 minute later, she called me again and gave an offer that customer support team is agreed to give six months membership in the amount Rs.4503/- already deducted from my SB account. So, we gave our consent to do so and they respond immediately. We are thankful for your kind support. Kindly close my complaint. Arshad

                                Shaadi.com is a cheat company. I have set my profile for the last 4 yrs and till now haven't found a suitable match. The company gives profiles of those grooms who desire hi-fi life partner, beautiful and rich brides not ordinary girls belonging from middle class family like ours. I have been betrayed terribly.                                   This goes out to all my uk brothers and sisters!! stay away from this sham website!!! seriously!!! dont be fooled by the advertising and marketing claiming they are the number one matrimonial site!! they are not!! i have been a member for the past 3 years. And all i have had in that time is problems!! problems!! problems!! they're customer service sucks!! they have no complaints procedure!! they make up there own dam rules!! and they can close your account at any given time without issuing a refund!! no uk company would be allowed to do this and get away with it!! but like i said.. These guys make up there own rules!! firstly, trying to upload photos to this site is a nightmare!! previously approved profile photos are not guaranteed to be approved again!! it just depends on which advisor you get through to!! so only change them at your own risk!! also asking for a call back from a manager can take anything up to 48 hours!! and even then it is not guaranteed!! but the biggest problem that i and millions of other people have with this site is.. They can stop your membership at any time, with no valid reason or explanation. And there is nothing you can do about it!!! like i said, i joined there site 3 years ago.. On there top platinum plus membership for 12 months!! and they were happy to take my money every year!! but on the 3rd year without any prior notice, they blocked my account 5 months prior to it being renewed!! and when i asked why?? the answer they gave me was they need to verify my details!! even though i have got a verified credit card number on the account!! a verified telephone number on the account!! and a verified facebook id on the account!! so asking for more verification seemed to me to be a bit over the top!! but after speaking to 4 different advisors on 4 different occasions, i have come to the conclusion that the people at shaadi.Com don't really care!! once they have your money, customer service seems to go out the window!! i wish i read these reviews before i joined!! because it would have saved me over £300!! and i fully understand why people sign up to these websites, (after all i am one of them). But i just wanted to warn you all.. To stay away from this one!! i dont normally write reviews or fill out customer feedback forms, but on this occasion i felt i had to!! shaadi.Com is an out of date website!! with no focus on customer satisfaction!! and if there was a higher governing body that i could complain to.. Trust me i would!! but like i said, these guys make there own rules!! so i have to just put this down to bad luck!! but buyers beware!! do not waste your hard earned money on this website!!! you have been warned!!!

                                    Hi, I had made a profile for my mum on shaadi.com. She started talking to this guy from shaadi that goes by the name of Neeraj Vijay aka Raj... they had been talking for almost a month and were supposed to meet but then gave the excuse that he had to go to Cambodia for job for a week... When in Cambodia, He had told my mum that his mother was really sick in India (in need for kidney dialysis) and he was not able to send any cash to India since it is needed ASAP . He asked my mum for a total of $1000. My mum has just lost her mother, my grandma, so she did not want anyone else to go through what she did... She sent the money to India. The next thing we know he is asking for another $1400 for him to come to Los Angeles (that's where he said he lives- Santa Monica and said he was an architect ) from Cambodia ... I told my mum to stop then and there and that this ends ! My mum has been calling him ever since, he is not picking up and it goes to voicemail . Now I have stepped into the picture and have been calling his # also... no response. My mum has given up but I am MAD and have not given up. I want the $1000 back and am reaching out to you guys for the process. I had thought that shaadi.com did a thorough background check but unfortunately I am wrong . If people like him are luring women into doing this then it is messed up and action should be taken against them and shaadi.com should be involved in this because technically these people are using your website for their dirty deeds. I am really mad right now because that man has played with my mum's emotions which is not fair to her because after a long time she had thought she found someone whom she could trust and start her fresh. I have recommended for her to not be on shaadi.com anymore if there are scam artists in there. We trust you to make sure that the profiles are correct and accurate and have gone through a thorough background check.
