I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against one of your delivery partners, Sidharth Sutar (Phone: [protected]), for his repeated unprofessional and rude behaviour.
This is not the first time I have faced this issue with him. The same behaviour has occurred during my previous delivery, with one of my friend's orders, and again today.
Today, I had a return pickup scheduled. Since I have ongoing exams and knew I would not be available to come downstairs at that moment, I had already kept the return parcel in the designated cupboard on the ground floor. The cupboard is barely 10 metres from the parking area, and the delivery partner would have gone there anyway to keep or collect other orders.
When I informed him about this over the phone, instead of cooperating, he started yelling at me, refused to pick up the parcel, abruptly hung up the call, and cancelled the return pickup simply because he did not want to walk those few metres.
This is consistent with his earlier behaviour. On a previous delivery, he called and said that if I did not come downstairs within two minutes, he would cancel the delivery. He cancelled it within those two minutes and left.
It is unreasonable to expect customers to be available instantly at all times. Speaking disrespectfully, yelling at customers, hanging up calls, and cancelling deliveries or pickups without making a reasonable effort is unacceptable.
I request that you take strict action against this delivery partner and ensure that such behaviour is not repeated with other customers. I would also appreciate an update on the action taken regarding this complaint.
