Shadowfax — R[protected]FPL - Return request kept re-scheduled

Hi team,
Shadowfax has been one of the worst courier service experiences I’ve had in Bangalore. I placed a return request with Meesho for a wrong product, and my return request number is R[protected]FPL. The delivery rider gives a missed call and then updates the status as “customer not reachable, ” and keeps rescheduling the pickup. This has been happening for the past two months.
There is no support from customer care. The rider either disconnects the call or says it’s the wrong number. This issue keeps repeating again and again.
Please help me resolve this and process my refund.
