Shadowfax — Shadowfax delivery person is not coming for product pick up and updating false status

Address: Gurgaon, Bangalore

I have made orders from Meesho and i have raised the return request for the few items. Daily in the morning Shadowfax rider update the status that he is unable to contact me without giving a single call on my number.
No one from shadowfax called me to understand the issue or made efforts to resolve my query.
I want to log the complaint for mental and financial harassment.
