[Resolved] Shadowfax — Rosemary Water spray

Placed an order for a Rosemary Water Spray from Dermatouch on 17th October (Order No: #DERMA1783767). The order was shipped through the courier company Shadowfax. After a long delay, the tracking status showed “out for delivery” on 5th November, but I still have not received the product.

Shadowfax has been completely unresponsive — neither the company nor the assigned delivery personnel are contactable. I was provided with three different delivery persons’ contact numbers, but none of them answered my calls.
