Despite my earlier complaint, I have received neither an update nor any resolution. Meanwhile, your delivery executive continues to falsely mark me as “not contactable” and has now resorted to repeatedly giving missed calls between 10:00 and 11:00 PM. This is unacceptable and amounts to harassment.

It is appalling that a customer must endure false delivery updates, deliberate non-delivery, and late-night calls while Shadowfax remains completely unresponsive.
I demand that this executive be removed from my delivery immediately, the matter be formally investigated, and my parcel be assigned to another representative for delivery without further delay. Please provide a written resolution within 24 hours, failing which I will escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.
