Shadowfax — Facing serious delivery harassment from Shadowfax

My prepaid order with tracking IDs SF[protected]F and SF[protected]F has not been delivered for the last 6 days. The same delivery executive ([protected]) is repeatedly assigned despite my request to change him.

Every day he gives a missed call (sometimes from[protected] and marks the delivery as “not deliverable”. When I call back, he does not answer. On the first day he even threatened that my order would never be delivered.

I have complained multiple times to Shadowfax and Flipkart escalation teams but no action has been taken. My money is already paid and blocked, yet I am not receiving my order.

This is extremely frustrating customer experience. I request senior management of Flipkart and Shadowfax to intervene, assign a different delivery executive and complete the delivery immediately.
