Shadowfax — FRAUD by Shadowfax

This is to bring to your notice that a FRAUD COMMITTED against us on 17 Jan 2022 at the time of our Meesho delivery by the delivery person.
I received a Meesho parcel today with COD of Rs.261/- (Meesho Order no. [protected] and Shadowfax order no : SF[protected]FPL). The delivery person named Ganesh (as informed ) has given me another parcel and claimed an amount of Rs.1499/- COD, as the same was booked by our family members and in their absence at the time of delivery, I have paid the delivery person accordingly believing Meesho/Shawdowfax is a trustworthy company.

However, later it was informed that there was no order worth Rs.1499/- placed on Meesho.
We have contacted Meesho customer care and were informed to send the photo of the product and cover. Further, we were also clearly informed that Meesho parcels always come with Invoice on the cover.

We have contacted the delivery person and also Shadowfax, Our call was answered once and assured that they would check and revert by 7PM that day. However, despite not calling us back, there was no response from them even after contacting them several times.

This is clearly a FRAUD COMMITTED by the delivery person/Shadowfax.

I REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE INTERVENTION/EXPLANATION FOR THE FRAUD COMMITTED PURPOSELY AND DUPING MY MONEY. I ALSO REQUIRE AN IMMEDIATE REFUND OF THE SAME.

Inspite of mailing them and sending reminders many times, we did not receive response/refund till now.

Hi,

REMINDER
It's around 45 days now now from the date of Shadowfax FRAUD and I didn't see any response/refund from Shadowfax.
You have to issue my REFUND IMMEDIATELY.
SHADOWFAX COMMITING FRAUD IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The timeline cannot be indefinite, give an expected time for my refund.
