I have ordered for a Laser measuring tool with SHIPROCKET Vide order no 2026YY2025 . the supplier is Trendy Cart. I received a parcel said to contain my ordered item thro your Chennai branch on 09-08-26. ihave paid Rs699.00 by cash to the delivery person as the parcel was sent on COD basis. On opening i found that a small child pajama . I have contacted the delivery person thro phone and he says that he does not know what is inside the parcel and he asked me make a complaint with the courier company. Hence I am making a complaint . I request you to take back the parcel and refund me the amount paid on 09-08-26.
