I have ordered Boat Headphone from Flipkart on 7th Aug2022 for that Delivery partner is Shadowfax
On 12 Aug Shipment status was showing as *Out for Delivery..ANG_Savedi_N DC 04:17 PM*
But I didn't received any calls from Delivery Person
In late night on 12th August 09:00 PM.. I received one call from delivery person from their office & He is asking for delivery confirmation OTP for which i denied,
Without receiving product how can I share OTP confirmation
Later i came to know that my status is now changed to "Shipment is On Hold due to Customer wants open delivery"
So without actual delivery attempt they changed status as "Shipment is On Hold due to Customer wants open delivery"
Please look into it & arrange reattempt asap
