I had a return pick up scheduled on 09 oct. 2024 and the return item was picked up from my address as scheduled. On tracking this order (tracking id - R[protected]]AJI) it is showing that shipment was not received at Shadowfax’s facility on 09 Oct. 2024. Also, at Ajio’s end, it is not showing that pick up was done and they are claiming that no update has been received from courier partner(Shadowfax).
