Shadowfax — Payout issue

I worked in shadow fax delivery executive, They credited my payout to my bank account, But due to credit limit exceeding issue transaction failed, The amount was reversed to shadow fax, I cleared my bank issue, Now shadow fax is not clearing my issue though I contacted their chat team, it's been four months I didn't get my payout till now.
