Shadowfax — Pickup not done and mispractice by pickup agent | |
I put my order for return on 9th May, 2021 on meesho app.The return and refund approved but till today i.e.18th May, 2021, pickup not done.Pick up agent of shadowfax courier service not called to my customer nor tried for pickup.And while I am tracking the process, he remarking as customer initiated delay or customer not contactable.I made email to shadow fax courier agency as well but not responded properly.This is mispractice and fraud by pick up agent.Please as soon as possible pickup the product.
