Shadowfax — Pickup not done since 10 days and mispractice by pickup agent

I put an order for return on meesho on 9th May 2021.Return approved and assigned to shadow fax courier service.Pickup agent not made call to customer neither went to pick up.and while tracking it is showing that customer initiated delay and customer is not contactable.This is entirely false and wrong.10days passed but not pick up has done.Please as soon as possible, pick up the product.I made mail to you but not responded with proper reply.
