Shadowfax — Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed

Product reached at destination from 4 days..but delivery not completed. Fake delivery attempts were made in tracking information...no calls and information by delivery agent to me.

Worst experience.
I need the items at the earliest. But this is disgusting.
