Shadowfax — Products not getting delivered

Very sad to write this but Shadowfax is the only worst and not to be called a company, Please think 1000 times before taking Shadowfax courier services. thats my guarantee that your shipment wont reach to the concerned person.

And to be honest it was a shock and a surprise to me when i see companies like AJIO and Myntra take their services and let their customer experience such a nightmare.

From last 5 days its a daily routine Shadowfax sends msg that your shipment is out for delivery but never delivers.
Shipment from Ajio needs to be delivered and its already 15 days, my badluck that it is prepaid.
No matter you call their customer care number or raise a complaint no one will ever call you or attend you.

My trackingnumber is SF[protected]AJI and SF[protected]AJI

AJIO not even cancelling it.

Please dont ever use Shadow fax highly recommended.
