Shadowfax — reverse pickup issue | |||||
Hi, I had purchased product (Jeans) from koovs, on october 24 i received it and i returned on oct 25 because of size issue. On that day the shadow fax courier service sms i got and concerned person came and picked the item. After picking it up i didn't get any acknowledgement message i contacted koovs and shadowfax courier services they are saying they are always investigating and nothing doing from their end. They don't even know where is my product? What t should i do for this fraud services? Was this information helpful? | |||||
