I am extremely disappointed with the poor service and lack of accountability from both Shadowfax and NimbusPost regarding my lost shipment.
My parcel, which was supposed to be delivered via Shadowfax through NimbusPost, has been declared LOST with no clear explanation. Despite multiple follow-ups, neither company has provided a proper reason for the loss. I have repeatedly asked:
Why was the shipment lost?
Where exactly was it lost?
How did this happen?
Instead of addressing the issue, NimbusPost simply stated that since the shipment value exceeded ₹4, 999 and was not insured, they are not liable to provide compensation. This is completely unfair, as the loss happened due to their logistics partner’s negligence, and sellers should not have to suffer for their mistakes.
If NimbusPost and Shadowfax cannot ensure safe deliveries or take responsibility for lost shipments, how can we trust them?
I demand:
A clear explanation of why and where my shipment was lost.
Immediate compensation for the financial loss.
Assurance that such negligence will not happen again.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter further through legal and consumer protection channels.
I urge other sellers and customers to be cautious while using these services, as they seem unreliable and unwilling to take responsibility for lost shipments.
