Dear Shadowfax Customer Support,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a highly unprofessional experience with one of your return delivery agents. I had scheduled a return for a wrong item I received, but the delivery agent assigned to my pickup behaved in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner.
Instead of facilitating the return smoothly, he spoke to me in a disrespectful tone and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Due to his unacceptable behavior, my return request was rejected, which is completely unfair. As a customer, I should not be held responsible for receiving an incorrect product, nor should I be penalized due to the misconduct of your delivery staff.
I request immediate action on this matter, including an investigation into the agent’s behavior and a reinitiation of my return request with a different delivery agent. I expect a prompt resolution and assurance that such incidents will not happen again.
