The pickup person has picked up my item which I had ordered from meesho on 16th August at 7:45pm, but given the wrong status that the customer was not contactable. Why is this happening when the person from Shadowfax has already picked up my item. It's now showing as rescheduled whereas the person has taken the parcel back.
