HI, I Used to have a credit card and have a settlement in year 2006 and paid once and final settlement to them the agreement amount. After few years i came across amount overdue in the name of SHAHS FINLEASE. I called them to know the reason, they said STANDARD CHARTED BANK has sold my account to them. My account number with SHAHA FINLEASE IS : [protected] and an amount of RS.61, 82, 117 showing overdue. Please resolve the issue so that i could apply for loans . please see my complaints. They did the same to me. they quoted 24 lacs in my cibil but when i asked them abt it their first offer itself was 54K. I had also paid final settlement in 2006 with standard chartered. After fighting with them they finally settled for 27K. I paid it only bcoz i dont have the cash reciept of my payment back in 2006. if you have that cash receipt dont settle!!
