Nightmare journey from bengaluru to chennai

We had booked 4 tickets from bengaluru to chennai in redbus.in for[protected] in shama sardar travels. The scheduled arrival of the bus was 11-38 P.M. and we 2 families, were at Audi showroom electronics city at 11-15 P.m. We were not informed about the late arrival of the bus... Once we called we were told it would be late and reach the point at 12:20 a.m. . Every time we called the driver would reply -in 15 minutes.. Now this took eternity...

Deficiency in Service

We had booked for journey by A/C sleeper from Tirunelveli to Chennai by Shama Sardar on the 14th June 2015 by the 9.45 pm bus in the name of Sivaramakrishnan and Abdul Irfan. Horrible journey of mine
