Sharayu Hyundai — Faulty seat covers | |||
I wanted new seat covers for my 2013 hyundai i20 crdi so i went to have a look at sharayu hyundai dealership located in sanpada, navi mumbai... There i went in the accessories dept and saw the seat covers in display.. I spoke to the front desk of accessories dept and they showed me some covers which they had recently installed in a car parked just outside their showroom... After seeing the fitting and quality i decided to get a new set made by their company to be installed in my car. They convinced me that the seat covers will be as good as shown in display and i paid 5000 booking amount with my debit card.. After reciving the seat covers in a week i noticed the faulty quality and i pointed it out to them before being installed in my car.. But i was lied that the wrinkle in front two seats will be gone in a month or two and told me to pay the remaining due amount of 10, 000 which i did.. And i was promised if the wrinkle is not gone they will give me a new pair in replacement of the damaged one... They got the replacement covers after 3 months due to lockdowns in between but these pairs were more faulty than than the previous ones.. The next covers that came were fine with no wrinkles but the color was different and again this time was a manufacturer defect... I told them that i want a quality what i was shown in display and that is what i have paid 15, 000 for... But now they are harrasing me with different reasons that the cover got damaged happns in delivery time and we cannot solve it...
