Sharayu Hyundai — Lackadaisical approach of sales executives

As a prospective customer of Hyundai I would like to bring to your attention the harassment being faced by your customers through one of your authorised dealer-Sharayu Hyundai-Navi Mumbai

It’s almost been a month, since I have been chasing your representatives to buy a Grand i10. I have visited the dealer four times during this period and each time I have come across with an issue.

Firstly, I was misguided with verbal quotation for 2015 model. When, I went in showroom to book this car, I was told that the prices have increased for this model. Till date, I am confused of how prices of an old model increase by nearly Rs 13, 000-20, 000.
Secondly, I was misguided with respect to documentation. Being a non-permanent resident of Maharashtra I do not have any proof other than an unregistered rent agreement. The Sales person (Mr Pratik), along with another representative (name unknown) assured us that car registration can take place on the basis of an affidavit declaration. Going with this, once again I visited the showroom to book the car of 2016 model. Adding to my misfortune, I got to know from Manager (Mr Shekhar) that such documentation is not valid. On confronting, Mr Pratik denied of having such conversation.
Thirdly, I agreed to bear web charges (Rs 8, 100) to complete registration formalities provided I get the car delivered by 10 days. I was assured that the delivery process would be done within 10 days, provided I pay by cash. I agreed and requested to complete the formalities the next day. Today I get a call, that commitment of delivering the car within 10 days cannot be given.

Points I noted – Hyundai lacks professionalism. Hyundai lacks reliability. Hyundai lacks trustworthiness.

P.S Every time I had to call Mr. Pratik for any confirmations etc. Do I presume that Hyundai is not interested in selling cars at all or they have completed their targets for the year already?
