I have purchased the i20 car from sharayu Hyundai, pen, vashi, raigad 402107... The deal was executive will give the car cover with the car .. but it's over a month the cover has not been delivered to me.. and the executive is ignoring like hell... Please figure it out

I wanted new seat covers for my 2013 hyundai i20 crdi so i went to have a look at sharayu hyundai dealership located in sanpada, navi mumbai...

There i went in the accessories dept and saw the seat covers in display..
I spoke to the front desk of accessories dept and they showed me some covers which they had recently installed in a car parked just outside their showroom...

Please complaint regesiter, my grand i 10 car. Car asscessories (Duplicate parts fitting by sharayu hyundai very poor, within 3 years lot of time failures and struggle to again again.

Following parts

1. Lock unlock door fittment.
2. Lcd screen
3. Reverse camera

It is requested to register complient and take the nesscessory action....

I had given my car in sharayu hyundai, turbhe, to replace the headlight and check the usb port as it was not working..

They broke my entire audio system, saying they have requested the manufacturer for replacement. It has been two weeks i have been following up continuously but there is no response from them at all.

Worst customer service seen....
