Sharayu Hyundai — Suspension and rattling noise in i20

I have been taking my car to the service centre multiple times for the same complaint. The car has enormous suspension and rattling noise. Just drive few hundred kilometres after service and the rattling noise starts again. The suspension is poorly designed component for Indian roads. The car runs smooth without noise on Tar road, but on Cement road, the performance is really poor. It has bumpy ride with the rear suspension. The company could have given a little more steep seats for rear passengers. The difference is clearly noticed when driven Volkswagen polo compared to i20 where Polo does not make even a single noise on potholes.
