[Resolved]  Shine.com — applied for refund but they ignored.

I have applied for job through shine.com and for which they have charged ₹2500. Moreover i have been provided with a job (In amazon) for which they have charged an extra ₹7000 for it's registration. I have paid though and now i have requested that i won't be able to take the job due to family problem. I have requested them politely for refund as i haven't received the appointment letter yet. But theyhave ignored my situation and even decided not to reply to my request even though they have received and seen it. So i hope that my request would be taken care of and a strict action would be taken against it. Thank you
