This (1/1/2018). i happened to register in shine.com, and i got a call from a lady saying she is from shine.com and they are offering me job in hdfc bank.she made me register in a site called (CVjobs).and told me that in order to attend the interview i have to register i will have to pay 2500inr, which i did by using my friends credit card.later she connected me to another man, she said she was the HR linking the client companies...and made me pay 10500 including gst for processing my CV to the client company...

I got a call that i got a home-based job of fill 30 forms a day and this stupid site said that i am selected and i have to pay 1300/- registration fee which is then to be refunded if i am not willing or i don't get the job.

My first call was at january 10, then continuously for 8 days they played me very bad. I got a stupid pretentious call on between 11-13th date from some number and then i was asked couple of questions about me and my family and then call ended. Even i answered correctly the guy again asked the same question and said to give more details. Then the guy said to me to be ready for the next day. Then the next day no calls.

Since then i have been trying to call these shine people. I got that male shine person's number deleted as i did not save but other shine lady "the who one confirmed my job at vodafone" had her number in my phone. Now +[protected] this is that lady. And she is the most annoying and inhuman person i have ever talked on the phone.

I asked her to give that other guy's number and she just said, " i will connect you to that sir and you can call on this number" and i asked her often to give that male shine guy's number and she never gave me.

On 18th january 2018, at 12:52 she finally received my call after a many efforts since morning.

Now this lady +[protected] she just bluntly replied to me and shouted at me when i asked for refund. I complaint that i have had much and i don't want to be a part of shine and also i am called form quickr for fake job and upon investigation it was a fake. I said because of your irregular replies and blunt answers and also due to this issue with quickr, i do not want to be a part of you. Kindly refund my money.

She shouted, "interview ke liye call aaya tha na??? Aaya tha naa??? Aaaya thaa naaa???" and she also said, "me kaha manaa kar rahi hu pese dene ke liye?" then she cut.

I want my money back rupees 1300/- and i am not in the mood to destroy my life over this.

I have been unemployed for almost 3 months and i am a very sincere person and i have a good academic life.

Why did i call these #??? To be a part of this nonsense???

I think government should really shut these people down forever.

This is my first ever complaint and i sure hope it is my last. I am fed up.

I am a poor guy. I am not rich that i should not complaint. My parents have struggled and i have done job to earn money. And this what i get???

I got a call from shine.com saying that they have a opportunity with HCL for the post of Manager operation. The person name who called me is Vikram singh. Then he routed the call to Amit Saxena who asked me to pay an amount of 3500+ for the registration fee also he told you have pay confirmation amounts for profile verification, profile submission etc and the have collected near 60000 and at one point of time I have asked them to refund my money. But for that Mathew from shine asked me pay again some confirmation amounts else the company will not refund your 60, 000/ I have paid it again and till now I have paid 170, 000 and I have all the proof of voice recording with them. But now they are saying they will not give any confirmation on my amount and asked me to wait till Feb 17 2018

We had paid for one of their plan as a recruiter. We wanted to post online jobs for our company and had taken a package for which we have paid Rs. 5264.00.

the order ref: REC[protected]. Dt. 14/11/2017. The payment had been debited from our account immediately however we were not able to use the service for job posting. We made numerous calls to the given number and as usual we got the same response that we are looking into it.

We also emailed on their given email id but as usual there as well it was the same reply after providing them with all the details.

till date we have not received any kind of refund nor any kind o[censored]pdate. the only answer we have ever got is "we are looking into it".

further their call centre too is of no good.

I also found throughout this portal that many people have faced the same issue and this company continued to do so. this is a pure case o[censored]nprofessionalism, ignorance towards customers and least bothered about refunding the money for the services that they don't provide.

This is my last try if the same is not resolved by them i would be forced to file a legal complain against them. but looking at their attitude am sure it does not matter to them as well.

I would only request others not to have any kind of packages or services from this good for nothing job portal company.

They forcibly received an amount of rs.10, 000/- on shine.com job services from me on 20/12/17 from my obc sb account after repeated calls using my obc bank debit card. I told them that i aam not interested but they were calling continuously many times/days also telling that you will get more salary and more hike like that.

I have received call from shine.com last wednesday[protected], your cv is selected to wipro you have to pay 2500 rs for verification with in a hour to proceed. I paid for shine and i got a confirmation refund mail for it. Then afterwards a online test n telephone interview. From shine a got a call"you got job and you have to pay 10000". Guys i do have your confirmation mail stop cheating innocent people and return my money back. Asked my friends working in wipro to raise a complaint too. Before of shine fraud consultancy.

I transferred my job registration fees in shine job.com if RS.2500 as per there receptionist but after taking the money they didn't respond.

I had recieved a call saying that they were from shine.com and had job openings at banglore for pharma companies on 27/12/2017 by a person named gautham and his phone number is [protected] (his mobile rings but he doesnt pick the call).he asked me to pay 1250 rupees as registration fees through paytm to [protected] and promised that the money is completely refundable.later he referred me to sun pharma company, a person named Rudra barman took my telephonic interviev and asked to pay7500 rupees for document verification purpose and furthurproceedings, i did the payement throgh debit card.I quit the job offer because he asked me to pay another 10000 for the next proceedings and when I asked for refund.they told me that my money would be refunded by 4-7 working days.both were recieving the call till last friday but now both have forwrded my call.rudra barman's number is [protected].his number rings when called from other numbers.

Hi - i got a call from mathur on 12th jan, he told he is from shine and explained about job vacancy. For this he told to register in shine by making a payment of rs 4000.

I told him i will not believe, first u provide d job then i will make d payment, however he told he is genuine and no chance of fraud. He also forwarded bank details from id of dheeraj oja (Dheeraj. [protected]@shine.com).

Again he called me on saturday, but couldn’t not able to talk to him, today he called me and started abusing with bad words.

I got calls from below numbers - [protected],[protected] from ghaziabad, india.

Wanted know why he is using bad language? Wat bothers him if i hv not registered? This clearly shows this is fraud

Sir from shine. Com ajit singh called me said that my profile was selected for back office job in axis bank they told me to deposit 2650 rs for interview process and it was refundable whether i was selected or not and next day elish waliah hr of axis bank called me to take my interview and next day she said to me i was selected and i had yo deposit 16850 rs for next process when i denied that i was not able to deposit these rs so refund my rs they told me to wait for 1 week and they will refund when i called next week they told me again to wait for 1 week and they didnt receive my call after thay sir please examine it because i dont want they fool people and earn money

Will you guyes tell me process to cancel all the services and how do i get back my amount back. I am not satisfied at any point from shine employes who has contacted me.

Dated 9/1/2018 i got a call from mr rahul gupta ([protected]) informing me that shine.com has number of opportunities in my local town and they are in the search for suitable candidates. And he said that as i am having rich experience in the field i will be the right candidate for the higher positions and will approach the companies and submit my details. Prior to that i have to get registered to shine.com with the payment of rs. 2714 and later will send me the details of the companies and after my confirmation will process with the procedure. He also said he will be arranging an interview of 2 rounds immediately after the registration payment of rs.2714 is made which i also agreed with him and proceeded with the payment through online payment. Once the payment was made i had asked him for the details of the companies where he said to go through their site and need verification and reference to be carried out on the shine.com site with the additional payment of rs. 10900 which i clearly denied to pay. But he started convincing me that the verification is a must for processing and need the payment to be made. When i asked him why was it not said to me initially before the first payment he started saying some nonsense stories which himself he is not clear about. Later once i said him that i don't have rs.10900 presently, after long conversations he started informing me that i can make some discounts now that i can pay the half amount now and the rest will be once i arrange for the money. Since i didn't agree with his words he started to inform that i can have a full belief on him and make payments and the second payment will be reimbursed to me back as soon as i get the job. Finally my words was, demanding him to arrange an interview with the companies with the registration amount paid where he suddenly disconnected the call and never responded me back.

Presently i am getting several unwanted emails from shine but nothing belonging to my profession and interview call. Help me out from this fake recruiter and help me in refunding me payment of rs.2714
Fyi all the conversation between both o[censored]s are been recorded in my cell phone and ready to produce if required.

Shine paid service is cheating people
Company wont tell how much we need to pay initially
Company first tell only 5500 for registration then nothing to pay
After that they ask money for every proceed
Totally amount will cross lacks
If we ask they will scold us they tell they wont further proceed
Its a cheating service, who all paid they lost money 7 no one get back money & they wont provide god service also

A person name is VIVEK as said on call, mobile no. [protected], doing fake calls in name of SHINE.COM. He said that he is a semi government employee of CANADA organization and asking a organization paperwork expenses.
He asked me 27500 INR.
Shine.com have to take really some actions on them or give some tips of how to know the real and fake calls.
Atleast need customer care to enquire the calls are fake or true.

This happened today (11/1/2018).Yesterday i happened to register in shine.com, and today i got a call from a lady saying she is from shine.com and they are offering me job in fmcg(parle-g or johnson and jhonson).she made me register in a site called http://cvjobs.in/Index.aspx (CVjobs).and told me that in order to attend the interview i have to register i will have to pay 2500inr, which i did by using my friends credit card.later she connected me to another women, she said she was the HR linking the client companies...and made me pay 10600 including gst for processing my CV to the client company (parle-g) and later after payment asked me to pay 15000 inr to make sure that i get telephonic interview id from the companies senior manager who was a male.later he asked me to pay 10000 in his paytm account.thats were i got doubted, they were even helping me to create a paytm account for me.
i could hear some female voices while talking to the lady .she said her name as SHANAYA(WHEN I ENQUIRED).later when i asked her to refund my money she said unless i pay 10000 and attend the telephonic interview she will not pay any money back.

Kindly note that I registered on the job portal www.shine.com at around 4.30 PM on 6th Jan 2018 and within 10 minutes I was contacted by an executive Mr. Rahul Gupta from cell number [protected] from www.shine.com.

This person started the money extortion process from me, beginning gradually from a small amount of Rs. 2714 and by misinformation tried to increase his demands of paying more & more money, which I refused.

In this process the portal cheated me of Rs. 2714 for the services which they promised to provide for five years.

My two emails (One email on 6th Jan 2018 & 2nd email on 8th Jan 2018) to the job portal www.shine.com at email id [protected]@shine.com did not yield any response.

I would request that suitable action be taken for such fraudulent activities by job portal www.shine.com.

Please note that many people have lodged complaints against job portal www.shine.com on many consumer forum related information boards available online. This job portal is badly reputed for financially cheating many people.

Dear sir/madam

I varsha karn had applied for air-ticketing seeing a vacancy in shine.com and getting a call from recruiter saying it is tied up with jet-airways for enrolling staff. I even got a letter which i am forwarding to you. I just want to know that is this vacancy genuine or not because they claimed it to be very genuine and i also b id is hr, paid 8300 amount as they said me that i would be refunded by airport authority.. There id is hr. [protected]@outlook.com. This happened from jan 4th to jan 10th. The client said that he is from addeco india and his number is.[protected]
. They asked almost 20000 out of which i paid rs.8320 which is not refunded yet.
Hope to get my amount back very soon.
