I have paid Rs.3104 for getting good services as told by their executive Mr. vijay Kumar(vijay.[protected]@shine.com, [protected]@shine.com) and guaranteed me that if i pay the said amount i will getting job offers till 6 months which they will send to me as per my job profile. But as no call came after 10 days i called Vijay then he trasfered my call to other department where again someone demanded about 12, 000 INR for further process, then i got its their business to fraud innocent job seekers like me. As i told that as per Mr. Vijay i need not to pay any amount further, but he told that he has done his dutty. So i told him to return my money back but he told here only money can come but no return. Please do something Modi Ji to stop this fraudulent in our country like "Shine.com" job portal i will email this to you too specifically.

I recently came to hyderabad in job search... And updated my profile in all the social website like shine, naukari, linked in.
When i got a call from a person named pratwik from a number [protected] saying my profile is shortlisted and i'm being selected for drreddys company and i need to make some payment to enroll...
After a clear discussion by phone call... The person had asked me to register with 2100 through easybuzz gate way to ircl merchant, to finish my profile registration then he would forward my profile to the hr for telephonic interview... And the money is refunded in case i will not be selected for the company or i don't get a job.
After the payment was done he told me that another payment of 5200through easybuzz gate way to ircl merchant is needed to arrange the call... If not the prior registration fee would not be valid...
All the payments were being done later a telephonic interview was done from a landline number where a person adressing himself as the hr talked to me and told me to make a payment of 9, 400 through idea money app to the number [protected].
To forward my profile to the higher authority of the company where my face to face interview would be held... And asked me to send all the certificates of mine to [protected]@rediff mail

And he told that i would get a soft copy of the receipts by post and he blackmailed me that the amount paid earlier would be non refunded or if no use if i deny to pay further. I was forced to pay 10, 300 rupees which i have paid through idea money to the number [protected]

After calling them repeatedly for three days they kept saying that it was a weekend and holiday and prolonged not responding for a couple of days when i called them saying i would take a legal action if they don't respond me.
They promised me a face to face interview in a bharath hills dr. Reddy office by vikram on may 1 or 2nd which didn't happen..
I kept calling them on and on when they asked me to pay more 6000 and i refused to pay they threatened me that my profile would be canceled and i can't go for the job... I said it's okay if i don't get the job i asked them to refund my money as they promised they will if i will not get my job... They told me that 5000 would be deducted and i will be paid 21000 in 45 working days... But since a week post tat day the number which was given to me to contact is switched off... And they never responded...

i would like to inform you that shine officer call me for job guarantee and told me for paid member i am paid. i have paid 2899 at 31/10/2017 first time then after paid 6199 01/11/2017 but now i have not got any call for interview and they dont conduct interview. now before 5 days they again call me for paid 6500.

Hello all

I got cheated from shine.com. Initially they taken minor money for registration. Later they told to do green belt, i have paid more than 50, 000 inr. No calls for interview. When i called customer care they are telling, they are telling that i have more experience, again pay for black belt around 60k

I am not understanding why they are cheating? Why they playing my life.. I have trusted and paid money for job. But no interview they scheduled. What all i have applied there also no calls and no other opening also there.

Please help me any one. My life is in so tough situation and i have taken loan for this also.

I will go further to claim. Its completely online cheating. More than 2 month over now.

That employees name bhavana ask me for job when I said I don't want job then she talk me with rude language.

I have applied for job through shine.com and for which they have charged ₹2500. Moreover i have been provided with a job (In amazon) for which they have charged an extra ₹7000 for it's registration. I have paid though and now i have requested that i won't be able to take the job due to family problem. I have requested them politely for refund as i haven't received the appointment letter yet. But theyhave ignored my situation and even decided not to reply to my request even though they have received and seen it. So i hope that my request would be taken care of and a strict action would be taken against it. Thank you

Please note your transaction ID:CP[protected].We have received your payment of Rs. 2899.00.) after this I, started getting calls from there service department asking for more money for verification, I refused to pay because it was told to me that, you do not have to pay any money further, now in the month of Feb 2018 started getting calls from Mr. Saurabh Kant ([protected]) and HT Media([protected]) stating that, They have a very good opening in Kolkata but my profile is pending for verification so I need to complete the verification process for this I have to pay Rs. 6101, after continues calling on 10 Feb they literally threaten me that they will black list my profile as it is long pending case, however I managed to pay the said amount of Rs.6101 through my credit card on 12 Feb 2018, [protected]@shine.com he sent me the Citrus link for payment, confirmation mail below.Your transaction with Shine using Citrus was successful!Merchant Order Number: CPU-538828

Hi...this is abhishek agarwal.
I have applied for a job through shine and later i have cancelled it.
I have paid a total amount of Rs8000 through Paytm.
Rs 1500 for registration and Rs 6500 for verification.
I had a conversation with one of the staff of shine.com and he has asked for my debit card details which is not right.
No one can ask for the card details.

Without my Knowledge they open account at their site. They created a profile for me. They put all my details on their site.After creating profile they send the mail along with username and password. There is none other option to delete the profile. They send the email continuously. They make the call, message, emails Frequently.I am disturbed mentally. I searched for deleting profiles from their site. I saw many complaints about that site.They cheat money from the person without permission. I have some privacy concern. I kindly request to remove my profile and details.Please block this site.

And again he ask for 5000 ..he is not at all picking call but having chat with me what's up ..I felt sad to here that he fooled me I will give all his details below .

A person called me whose name is akash dabas he said he is a recruiter of shine.com and also mail me from the genuine site of shine recruitment.com and give me the information that my profile is selected in hdfc bank but after some procedure i will get that job. Firstly he demand to send my all documents from the shine.com that told me that a sum of rs2, 500 deposit in a bank account whose name is mr. Manoj kumar yadav which is refundable i deposit in his bank account again and again for bond for the bank, deliver charge, courier charge i am deposit rs 42, 000 in that bank account and he gave me surity that i definitely get the job and said he called me when the courier is dispatched but after that i called again n again on that number and till time it is switched off.
I have all the proofs like transaction slips, recording all the calls, all mails.
The mobile number of akash dabas is [protected]. Please help me i collect that money for loan on a huge interest rate.
Please help for refund my all money. Please sir...

For this, i have deposited a security fee of rs 2500 on shine.com for my job.

I would just like to share my experience here on services provided by reputed recruiter shine.com.
Like all other portals like jobsbee, careermont and others, i received a call from mr. Sameer chettri. He disclosed services offered by ht media and would definitely provide desired results. With great convincing power, he made me to buy a service for rs 3800/-.
Within next 1 hour, he again gave a call and said that two more services if added to the profile would give a competitive advantage and said that i need to pay rs 6600/- for idfy authentication and interview preparation, else the desired results would not come. I was annoyed and even mailed to shine support. But since it was ht media and shine.com, i trusted and brought that service too.
Subsequently, he called again to sell services for six sigma black belt, when told that i am already enrolled with simplilearn, he insisted for the proof.
Then after another 5 days he calls up for adding service worth rs 31000/- and said that this would further improve profile. When conveying my annoyance, he rudely states that then results can not be assured and the profile has already been forwarded and dropped the phone.
He calls back next day asking and compelling to buy this service.

Now they state that no one has forced to buy premium services and i don't have any resort other than using the services, as ht media is a 40 year old company and nothing would happen against them.

Further i am also receiving fraud calls from shine.com asking for credit card information for processing the refund by logging into their paytm wallet and entering the information.

It reveals that shine.com has broken all ethics of fair business practices and merely tries to extract money by selling its services to the innocent job seeker.

Believe me i didn't receive any service till date from them.

I request all to share this, so that innocent jobseekers don't get trapped in services offered by shine.com.
I suggest if you want a paid service stay away from telecallers. Buy it yourself from service provider websites. Don't make payments at the shared links.

I was also a victim of Shine.com the agent Arpita called me and told me that if I paid 2709 she will align interview with few companies. As soon as I paid the amount on 03-Jan-18 she disconnected the call and after that she did not answer the call. Whenever I tried to call on the numbers [protected] and [protected] the other agents used to answer the call and always give excuse that Arpita is in meeting and she will call me back or she is not in office and once she comes they will inform her to call me back.
I tried to talk to the manager but someone by name Deepak # [protected] spoke to me and given assurance to return my amount in 3 days. As of now they have not align any interview or return my amount.
Govt should take strict action on these fraudulent companies who are playing with people emotions and money.
Requesting you all not to entertain the calls from Shine.com agents

Earlier it was said that only the registration fees of 2100 will be charged, but later on also charges were taken by the name of profile updation and training fees in the company at the time of joining. Letter of intent was given to make me believe that the process is genuine and it was given by them in the mail that no further fees will be charged for the process but again the demand for 15000 was made in the name of online exam.. Step1. They will offer you job assistance and resume writing for that they will charge rs.8862/-.

Step 2. They will provide you resume writing service but they will not provide you job assistance.in that case you will call them after some time. This time they will tell you that some verification (Like profile verification) is pending and if you will clear that, you will get the job. For that they will charge rs.6099/- as you already invest 9k hence you are force to pay that amount.

Step 3. After paying 6k you will ask about the job then again they will though another ball to your court. It will be one more verification (Like education verification) for that they will ask you rs.5200/-.in that situation you already invest rs.15k approx hence again you are force to pay 5k amount.

Step 4. After paying 5k you will ask about the job then again they will though one more ball to your court. This time they will ask you rs.10350/- for one more verification (Ex. Executive bio-professional).
