The recruiter calling from [protected] mobile no registered in delhi. The call seems to sale the recruiter services which i think the lady is incapable of. She even not able to speak in english how the quality services can be provided. Also the person claiming a manager seems to be unprofessional as well. Rather understanding the mistake of the recruiter he asked me who am i to ask him to work on sunday while responding to my question on has any appointment was taken for sunday to call. The recruiter has responded casually that "think you are free that is the reason called you".

Can you please help me to understand is this the way shine.com selling the services to customer where we get only sunday to spend time with family and proper rest.

I got a call from amit khanna (Khanna. [protected]@gmail.com), for job opening in ibm and capgemini. They asked me to pay 2500, saying it will get refunded after your telephonic interview round. After giving all the details via mail they asked for 3500 & 3000 again. 3rd time i got a call from hr ([protected]@careerscribe.in /[protected]). She asked to pay 10k for e profile, which i refused to give. They said that my amount will get refunded in 45 days. Recently i got a call from a person for refund neeraj chaudahari ([protected]@gmail.com /[protected]). He told me to generate decline id for refund, for which he again charged 3500.in total they charged 12.5k from me. I want my money back.

I applied a job at Shine.com on 18/01/2018.
For this, I have deposited a security fee of Rs 2500 on Shine.com for my job.
After this I got the demand for bond agriment, which I deposited my ATM card
number and deposited bond agreements of Rs 8500. But for some reason
I did not want to do this job and wanted my payment refund. For this, I sought
help from a person related to Shine.com, instead of refunding me the payment,
he cut my SBI account to 3078 rupees. In this way, I have suffered a loss of Rs 14078.
That's why I have been feeling troubled myself for the past few days.I now want to
return the amount as much as my payments have been cut. I am also sending you

I was contacted by a person from shine.com told his name Vinay tripathi regarding a job as a Doctor in Lucknow SGPGI and they said to submit 4500 rupees for me and my sister that is total 9000 rupees so that they can highlight my CV and can help me in getting a job. Shine.com i m registered in shine.com two month ago, in some days one call are coming in a person asking calling shine.com, and he asking that granted for job. But and deposited 1500 rupess, i am deposited money, but they are calling again and asking deposited 4200 rupess, and ur asking you are selected in job local level in dlf curior company, sriganganagar, but i m search in local level they asked no never any recuritment....

On 16/1/2018 i have purchased resume writing and cover letter service from shine.com. Order#in20180116_78895_190749. Total 4991. Rs. Immediately i have received a call from shine executive. After talking to him i have felt it is not up to the mark. Very next day there was a mail in my mail box for offering 1. Interview preparation
2. Background verification (Employment verification) service.
Total cost rs 8370/
There was a fallow up call from shine on this. Even after refusing the caller harassed me for 10 minutes with his marketing talk. I got annoyed totally and referred to my friends on this. Every feed back from them was negative and suggested me to cancel the order. I have sent the mail on 17/1/2018 for cancellation. How ever till today they are harassing me to complete the process and not in a mood to reverse the payment.

My daughter's name is shreya, applied for job in shine.com for technical support. She recd call from miss anjali sharma from shine.com from phone no [protected] on[protected] and she told she is speaking from shine.com and asked to send resume and asked me to pay rs 2500 for registration i paid and she arranged for interview for wipro co and the hr named rajender mobile no [protected] took interview on phone and he said that she is selected for job. And for the next process she had to pay 10, 500 as a security amount it is for bond money which is refundable in first payment. I paid by paytm to the mobile nos [protected] in the name of rajender and [protected] in the name of jitender all payment done on[protected] and they sent appointment letter to my email address. So i believed that letter and and i sent all documents to them. After that they ask another amount 20000. When we refused and asked refund, they told it will be refunded after 45 days. Till today we have not recd any thing either job or money. If we don't get money back will have to go to police and as well as media and prime minister also against shine.com. Your company cannot say this is not our company's activity. These people are doing so much fraud in your company name. All those who are running this racket are yr employees. Yr company has to take responsibility when this is happening in yr name, you have to take severe action against such people. It is yr duty to search such people and punish them so that they will not do such fraud with needy and poor people. I will complain to commissioner of police gurgaon where your company head officer is there if you dont take action.

Hi this is harpreeth singh i got a call from shine.com stating that they have opening for abroad for that i need to pay one time service charge rs 5841 latter shine will arrange a interview call based on our work experience after discussion with shine senior official his name is ranjan jha and his colleague
Working under him name is rathore both said i need to support them by sharing required information for full fill the requirement of job in singapore. Later the forced me to pay further amount for two more verification so that the process may complete it.in-spite of paying that also again they are saying i pay to some more charges and this is final charge by telling this they made to pay around rs 22201 i feel that it is totally cheating customer in the name of brand and reputed portal for secured job and developing there business.

I here by request you take immediate action on such fraud portal and also to refund my money back.

The executive (Ankur [protected]) called and asked to make a payment of Rs 1650 towards registration charges on Jan 3, 2017. Then again they asked to make a payment of Rs 4500 for complete interview and other formalities. So, They collected[protected] + 4500) through online payment.

They have given a assurance of refunding a money, If they fail to get a job. But finally they neither provide a service for job nor refunded the money. Please do the needful for the refund of hard earned money.

I paid ₹8000 as refundable fees but now they are not paying me back. And they called me from 3 different numbers but now they are not receiving my calls. I have trusted on shine.com and gave this ₹8000 but now you are not giving me my rupees. I'm requesting you to give me that money which are actually belongs to me. And when i said to give my money back they said if you want your back then firstly you should pay more money after that we will give you back that money.

Every time their demands were increasing, when i refused they say, your profile cannot be completed without making the payment. Manager was not trying to understand that i am in no financial condition to do the extra amount payment and kept on saying the same thing again and again.

Again, their phone came to me on 5th january, that your profile is not complete, for that, you have to do this course, its price is 30999.
When i refused they say same think, your profile cannot be completed without making the payment. I am not pay this time...

After that no one call from shine.com and i didn't get anything from shine.com, which i paid money.

I would like to get whatever services they can provide with the amount i have already paid to them. If that is not possible, i would request a refund of the amount.

Hai, iam harshini from bangalore who had registered my profile in shine.com for a job and few days later i revived a message from shine.com saying your resume has selected to so and so company so firstly you need to pay 2000/- for that. After the payment they called me again saying you need to pay 9000/- for second round of interview where all amount that you pay will be refunded. And finally till now there's no job i got

Sir. I am abhishek.. One day i attent one call from this site.. He told me that u r selected for computer programing... And test for 1500 u have to pay and this money will me refundable 100%... I've got a call this morning (Jan 23rd, 2018) regarding the job opportunity from shine.Initially they asked me to pay Rs.2500 for processing my application.. I've paid it..And the call was forwarded to HR department..And she asked me to pay Rs.4800. For the sake I paid it also.. Today I received a call from Shine.com representative asking me about the satisfaction of the service. After I complained about it, the representative assured that I will get money refunded. He started explaining me the process of getting refunded through paytm and asked me to enter my credit card details in Paytm's Add money section. That's when I realised something is wrong and I backed out.

I was surprised with the level of details he had about my shine account. I really fear dealing with Shine.com now considering the amount of personal data gets leaked from their system.

I could not recognize the person's name, but he could not pronounce my name correctly. My name is tanmoy and he was pronounced as tommy, which i felt insulted and even after asking him to pronounce my name correctly, he still kept on using the same name what he started with.
When i told him that you need to be educated to pronounce my name correctly, he disconnected.
I called the number back, someone named aakash picked up the call. He was very rude and using profanity and trying to teach me ethics.
I do not expect this type of service from shine.com or any vendors of shine.
