Dear Sir/Madam,

I received call from Shine.Com and they asked me for their service where they will give my resume for the 1st preferences in their website to display. And told me the total charges will be Rs 2900 approx.
When I opt for that they started telling that I should take some other services as well and on immediate basis to get the job on high priority and I paid again Rs. 6101 saying my profile willl be verified so I shall be among those candidate with profile verified. After paying this amount again they asked to pay Rs 13000 + to have PMP courses so that they cam mention candidate is persuning PMP courses. I was little upset as they were telli ng that I have to pay within that date so that they can close the activity from their end and due to followup call I had to pay using credit card EMI option.
I noticed that they were too much interested on my profile rather then me as a candidate saying opportunity will not wait for a single day. So much of emergency to get the payment from customer. Anyhow I paid and thought I am investing something.

Then after 2 days again they called me and started saying that you need to have some professional round of training required which will be taken by some Leadership company and their team and every month they select only 4 resume for this activity which will result to provide a job within 1-2 month. And they asked me to pay another RS 3100 (for Job Interview Assistance By Mr Sarabjeet Sachar). I felt there are some funny things are going so I refused to pay and told to activate all the other services that I opt for.

But believe me till date I haven't received my PMP courses online video, and other study material. When I called to their customer care they are saying as I haven't opted for Rs 31000 courses so the PMP courses not activated. Really silly reason. Also if I write a mail to them they are not clearly saying when it will get activate. When I wrote a mail to them to de-activate my all service and refund entire amount, the customer relationship guy (Ujjwal Anand -- ujjwal.[protected]@shine.com) started telling very harshly saying that the amount is not refundable.

I am really helpless at this moment. I felt I am in a trap and when saw lot of complaints on Shine.Com really afraid. I need help from your side to get the complete refund from Shine.Com

I’m dhruvesh thakar, i got the mail form shine.com, and as par you mail they call me on the same no which you have mention on your mail (Priya - tel:[protected]). They mention that there were so many vacancy in kisan vikas kendra and it’s a samy government job so i applied as same as post of section officer they told me that pay 1100/- on this payteam no of [protected] - then you get the interview call form them so i pay as a same after a fiew i got the interview call form the another no like ‭+[protected]‬ they ask me like gk question so answer him after they said merit will be declar in 2 days so please wait for 2 days and then after 2 days on saturday i got the call the form the this no -[protected] and said that congress - you are selected so we send you one offer latter on your address and after you pay 17, 824 /- for deposits amount it will be refundable like when you clear 15 days training then amont will be refund and your payteam amount (1100/-) will be refund on first day of training and 17, 824 will be refund if you r selected... I pay only 1, 100/- but i didn’t got the offer latter... They told me that you get the offer later on tuesday but till time i’m not getting.. So now help me if all things are fraud then i will case as same on shine.com and that all pearson of kisan vikas kendra... Its request to you solve my problem as soon as possible... If you don’t then i’ll police case and legal action on the both...

I received a call of akash (Mno.[protected]). He said to me, he is asking from shine.com and your profile was sorted for ground staff at airport such as a ticket collector and customer management. He said to me if you get the job then you have paid a money of 2000 rs for a job that money will be gone to hr of company. He said to me sent your documents in this mail ([protected]@outlook.com) and i am send documents including aadhar card, qualification certificate and passport size photo.
When these documents was sent then i realize it is fake or trap but
I am very glad because still i am not transfer a money. I hope he was not misuse my documents.
Please help me for how can i prevent a misuse of documents.

Dear sir. I have message from your company with a client no. [protected] regarding abt vacancies in airport i applied that they will be taken me 2000rs ref charge, 3000rs documents verification, 3000rs modification from 1month ago. A lady from shine.com called me and said that i have to submit 2500 rupees which is refundable to arrange a telephonic interview to get job in a reputed company. I sent 2500 rupees via paytm.. Then they arranged telephonic interview. But after that they again demanded 10000 rupees. So i understood that they making me fool. I told them that i will not continue and to refund my money (2500). But their number are switched off now.

I got a call informing that they will provide job search facilities and i have to do the courses and they kept adding one course after the other and they have taken rs 120, 000 from me sofar.
They haven't shown a single job sofar and every day they call and ask me join one more course. Now they want me to join 7 more courses and pay 73, 000/- more.
This is a harassment and looting the people on their weeknesses with out providing any of the services.
The calls are from pooja and jitendra. The mails come in the name of ankit and naina, who never come in the fore front and do the service.
Please some body support me in this case as shine is looting by playing with the people with their emotions and sentiments.

I got a call from shine by jatinder kumar saying you are selected in mahindra in srinagar as you have uploaded your resume. Now you have to pay 1500 for registration. After few days i got another call from him and his partner nisha saying that you have to pay another 7500 for document verification after some days they took another 14900 from me for account opening. Till now i have paid them total rs 23900 but they don't provides me any job..

As i using shine app for my job search i used to sent my resume through shine..4 days before i got a notification in shine.com that beate hospital, in germany is hiring my job styles... As i followed that i got my appointment letter also... Bt at last iam knowing that there is no hospital called beate hospital in that premises... We job seekers are faking by these kind of apps... Our trust is no more... Please make an action

I got a call from shine.com and they said to me that your cv has been shorlisted in an mnc company and we will arrange your interview but you have to pay 2500, after that i paid that much of amount and again they asked me to pay 4025 for the process of documents that also i paid but they were asking more amount so it was clear from this that all dat was fake and they didnt arrange interview also. And i paid total of rs 6525. But still i have not got refund despite of their refund policy

Today i got a call from shine people, number is[protected] name of the person in true caller is ravi dukan and the number is from delhi,,,, frauding me telling your money will be refunded with in 2 days and you need to pay 4500 and when you will pay mam... Cheaters... Who is heading shine please look after after,,,, y do i need to pay money for taking my money back... Please take charge and refund my money back thank u

I got a call from [protected]. Which said that my profile has been shortlisted for 3 companies, and i have to pay the amount of 1500/- for registration purpose. So i paid the fees and later they demanded for 3800/- more. So i asked for the explanation for that he gave a false statement. And even misbehaved, so please be aware of such fake calls. And please help me with this.

Your company's dealing is not fare as per career service provider's rating, further judiciously convey you that in your site no where you mention about the proposed fees structure to be collected or refund procedure.

Judiciously tell you for refund and cancellation procedure of services should be mentioned on your site, your service pattern is not as per customer's satisfactory criteria,

No charges should be paid against any cancellation and credit immediately on card account without any delay.

I, ve got a call from shine.com saying that my c. V has been selected by tata motors and they want my id and aggregte % so ive given them of what they want then they call me again for telephonic interview round, they literally asked silly questions after that they said that he'll concern with their h. R. After few days later they call me to pay 7000/- for security reason but before i get into that loop i, ve visited this site, and i, m genuin;y in trouble should i give them the money or not? Help me!!

I have got call & mail from kajal chhetry regarding paid services from shine.com. I made on line payment on 14/11. After thah no one was responding neither my mail nor my phone call. Please i requist to all don't subscribe or buy any shine services and any budy can do regarding this please help me. It's all fake fake fake & fake. Day before yesterday they told me to subscribe for document verification and blindly i paid 5400/-. Even on dec 17 have charged me 5128/rs to paid and creatd my profile in careerbuilder for which i followed by biggest mistake was to trust this fellow and done the payment. After receiving initial payment in evening they asked me to pay 56000/- more and then 13994 /rs for some stupid service of managing the career.
I did'nt get any services after paying the said amount. It was dheeraj ojha who was behind me to make the payment online. I was told that, without this i won't get any services and need to add some more service and will get the result in and again he is asking me mine 19998 /rs for more

First of all they don't inform about the complete details of services. Neither the exact amount to be charged. Step by step they started revealing their extra amounts.

When i asked for refund, but now he is not picking up phone and he switched it off
At once paid your money is gone it's gone.. This is one way street.
