On 19 dec 17, i got a call that they are calling from shine and my profile has been selected for two mncs. They gave me refrence id [protected]@997. They asked for security deposit of 2500 which would be refundable after telephonic round. I agreed and the payment was done through citrus link. They asked for many documents. Then they asked for profile verification which was of 6000. I asked for only one verification as without that 2500 were not refundable. I made payment of 3500 which then according to their app transaction was failed. So i needed to pay 3500 again. This was all refundable after interview. Next day they asked for website of individual which was of 9000. I asked for cancellation. They told me that refund would take some time. I was trying to call them since 2 jan 18. They received my call on 4 jan saying that they need receipt of one 3500 transaction so i need to pay again and they would be refunding complete amount of 13000 together. I shared my account details and verified my account no. They sent me receipt of transaction of 13000 but my account no was wrong. I contacted them they said they will transfer again. After that no one is replying on call or mails. I need my amount of 13000 back and punishment for these guyz. We receive a call from the name of shine.com contacted person is rohit chauhan.
And we received a mail your profile has been selected in tata motors. And he take money to me 3000 for registration and 5000 for bond.
I paid 8000 rs but after that that number is switched off i tried many times.

And we received the mail from [protected]@mail.com and in the cc one person are available jay prakash.
That mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

And by mistake they send one mail in the mail freelancerjay1
I dnt know what is freelancerjay1,
Please help me how can i get back my money.

Dear sir, i had registered on shine.com around 3rd week, in the month of nov, 2017. I uploaded my cv and every detail needed. On 5th december 2017, i received a call from shine.com by shruti sharma (M. No;[protected]) telling me that my cv has been selected for royal perth hospital, australia. They informed me that i have been selected for staff nurse at above mentioned hospital. She asked me to pay rs 5500/- for registration on shine.com. So i transfer through paytm in the account of mr. Anusthan sharma having sbi account no: [protected], chandwara branch.
Then, later she told me that i’ll be receiving an interview call from royal perth hospital hr, if i pay them an amount of rs. 8500/-. They have mentioned that these entire amounts are refundable. After making online payment i did received a call from hr, andrew sutton on 9th dec, 2017. And he took my telephonic interview. After that they told me that i have been selected for the post of staff nurse and very soon i am going to received confirmation letter.
Then after few days i got call from anusthan sharma that i have to pay rs. 15500/- for confirmation letter. They always mentioned d that these entire amounts are refundable. On 12 december and 13 the december i pay the total amount of rs. 15500/-. After few days, i have received my confirmation letter from royal perth hospital, australia. They congratulate me saying that i have been selected.
Then they asked me to pay an amount of rs. 21500/- for visa processing fees. That day i didn’t pay any amount to them. So, another person, mr. Arjun khasyap called me and try to explain the procedure. I was so confused but still i deposited the amount of rs. 21500/-.
After few days, they again asked to deposit the amount of rs. 35000/- as a medical insurance by hospital. I become suspicious and sent an email to hr, royal perth hospital, they wrote back to me to informz that this confirmation letter is a scam and there is no such vacancy
I called them and asked them to refund all my money; they started giving explanation about their work. But after much argument, they promised me that they will refund my amount as soon as possible. But till today i haven’t received any money. After this incident he never called back to me and when i try to call them their mobile number is always switch off. Total they stole from me around rs. 50500/-. So, please take some action against these guys.

First get at call from mob no [protected] from shine.com regarding membership of job for 6 month of rs. 3103/- for job at ahmadabad i have paid rs. 3103/-, after again call shine.com or payment of rs. 5204/- for the government verification i have also paid it, and after few hours again call come for the payment of rs. 15446.00/- for some certificate with verified form government on the bargain he is given other amount rs. 13000/- again on bargain the last offer is rs. 10301/- for government on refund on doing the payment they told me that we will hold you profile and also not give the refund for the same.

They have not discussed all this things at the time of membership this way they making fraud with me on the name of government verification etc and making money. Please band on such site which are making money on name of goverment.

Please it my humble request to get my money refund.

Dear friends am already file a case against such mails to cyber cell. So they will easily find out from which server it should be develop and hack them easy

I have been called by pooja (No.[protected]) on 6th dec 2017 and told me to pay 1500 for registration which was refundable then next day again they gave me a call for interview process and the person who called me was rakesh (No.[protected]) and said that pay 4500 for verification of documents which was also refundable and i paid that amount also bt after few minutes again he called me asked for 10000 amount after asking this amount i denied nd told him to close my profile nd stopped talking to him... One day he gave me call that your amount will be refunded jst sent amount 2250 for generating link after that ur money will be refunded in ur account within 5 mins so paid that amount... After few hours he said that pay 3000 service tax then i denied started saying refund my amount he started shouting... I talked to his senior named rahul (No.[protected]) he told me that wait for 7 jan 2018 ur money will be refunded and now he is also not responding.. Please help me to refund my all paid amount..

I am looking for the new opportunity in field of purchase. Since the shine is one of the reputed company, i had approached them for the job assistant.

They have two group one for job assistant & another is e-learning. They have charged me around 1.5 lakhs for the job assistance, by sending the links for the job support & e-learning.

I got a call from shine they want me to take a course for one more e-learning course. I do not have a budget for the same. Hence i had informed please active the services for which i had paid to you. They very smartly activate the services for e-learning & keep the job assistance services on pending & now they told that if you take the a e-learning course then only your job assistant cervices will get activated.

This is a one way of black mailing & taking the money from the candidates.

I was cheated by india placements whom the shine.com referred me. They asked me to get registered for an airlines job by paying 2000. They said if i'm not getting a job then they 'll refund the amount. The name of the employee who spoke with me is pooja. She said the refund will b done by jan5 2018. But now she blocked my phone number and is not responding to the calls. Please do the needful and refund my amount. Ive paid the amount through paytm to [protected].

I have called from shine.com at 2 dec 2018 and told me to 3000 for registration which is refundeble but after two days again they call me and tell me to pay 7100 rupees that was also refundable so i paid after four day they also tell me to pay 8200 rupees but i told them i am not interasted and cheated on me so i refund my money they didnot response menow what i do?

I had registered to shine.com and received a call from them assuring for job and asking for my details. Intially they mentioned about the various job for my category for which i agreed. Later told me i need to pay a registration fees online and that would be 2700rs. I did ask them if that would be the final amount i need to put in for which they replied yes. The very next min when the first payment was done this guy told me to browse into some other # and that showed a payment of 8490rs for which i was very angry.. When asked why the hell he did not tell me before about this additional amount he replied sayin it's just part of registration... Bull # #... I asked for refund but then he said it's not possible for refund without completing the registration... I don't agree to this at all as he had told me about refund of 2700 wen ever i want.. And now his saying refund not possible... I want my money back and i will go upto any extend to get my refund back... I will file police case.. Very soon... If i don't get my money back

I am feeling frustrated as shine.com has taken a huge amount from me by forcing for job opportunity and interview. Now after request, they are not to refund by saying that they do not have refund policy. The case is new means, within 10 days.

I got a call from shine.com and after two months i decided to subscribed and i made a payment of 4996.

I made a payment on 6 jan 2018 and the order id is in20180106_76318_173246.

After make the payment, they want me to pay more amount rs 12543 to proceed further.

I called the customer care number which mention in the mail and the number is not function. So i stop the process and i called the person also. But the mobile number is switched off.

I logged the complaint in shine.com a;nd it was bounced.

I just uploaded my resume on shine and then a girl called me asking wether you registered shine or not and then said that you need to pay 2499 as a security deposit and said that she will give me receipt for the payment. She didn't say anything about further process, just gave me no of companies and said that pay right now and hr of those companies will call me. Now i did it and another person is saying mam please pay 4500 and u'll get call right now and bla bla. Guys i did a huge mistake by giving money at first place. Please return my money. Please.

Need full refund of my money as i have not availed any services of them.

I have informed earlier i need services for lifetime. They agreed it on phone accordingly i have paid amount. After welcome call i came to know the services offered is for 0nly 6 months.

Secondly they have not told me that your amount is non refundable. As i have already denied any resume writing services after receiving the welcome call and till now not availed this services.

I have exceeded my limit as of now, as i have already paid rs. 57, 148/-. The case was started from some initial amount rs. 4803/- (Paid) for being a paid member and job opportunity guarantee. After some time, again you asked amount for rs. 14, 220/- (Paid) by confirmation that no amount after that will be taken from me. It was not enough, again you said that your profile cannot be processed as one thing is pending by which we shall give you better opportunity and we shall not ask anything. Also you said that you shall definitely co-ordinate for interview and again asked for rs. 38125/- (Paid). So totally you have taken rs. 57, 148/- and no opportunity came till now.

As per below mail again you are asking for rs. 35, 093/- (Earlier it was approx rs. 48000/) for certification course by saying that other companies are hiring certified candidate and you are not one so you have pay to become the same and qualifying the nature. I already informed that i am doing the same certification from other source. Now i am in stage of suicide that i got mislead from your side since starting after paying rs. 57, 148/- and not able to pay further.

I do not know why you are asking every time for such kind of money and which is really unpredictable. It is request to you, please refund my total amount which i have paid till now. I do not have money which will allow me to go further.

A recruiter named ravi kumar offered me a job in tata company and first told me to give 2000 rupess then 4500 and then 10000 took away 6500 through paytm now he has taken money also and not even returning it.

The person told me to pay rs1800 before the interview. Should i have to pay for interview? Because in shine.com it was mentioned that i don't have to pay for the job.

Dear shine recruiter,
Please check the advertisement which are posted in ur app and verify whether this recruiter are genuine or fake. Bcoz most of the advertising companies are fake and asking for money through different mode i. E paytm, netbanking, bank transfers etc.

So please verify these agencies and stop making fool of candidates and don't kill there passion.
