I am a bba graduate. On oct 15th. I got a call saying i got shortlisted for hdfc bank from all india placements who have tie ups with shine.com.in name of registration, for starting my hdfc acc, generating my employmnt id, for placement fee to shine.com and all tey tuk 68300 rs from me.
As i am also in need of a job trusting this people i do trust you people. Through paytm and also they gave me delhi based bank of indias account for payment purposes.

After reaching this amount also they were squezing me for another 20000 and ter i asked for my refund and submitted for my refund form. For taking money from me false promises and fake interview schedules were sent to me and not done with anything yet that collecting money from me. Always the day before my scheduled interview they will cancel it and ask for a new amount saying another reason.
They even made me fill with shine.com placement form and all at the end saying 20000 which they had from me as placement fee which is refundable by november 20.
But now they are demanding me more amount of 12200 as another deposite if they should initiate a refund. I am sure this ia not going to happen.
I submitted my refund form on 19th nov but till now they are not ready to semt me a confirmation form or ma refund. Now ter way of interaction bcm rude. And rarely only attent ma call.
Please resolve my issues as 68300 is not a small amount. Else i will move legally.

I m jayanti chowdhury.. A btech student.. I want to complain against the job portal company shine.com.. On 22nd of november they called me on my no and askd me fr my certificate to give a job.. As i m a final year student n seekng a job.. So i responded to their call.. N thn dey askd me to gv rs 4500 regarding certificate verification.. Thn they asked me to gv money for salary confirmation. As i have nevr done any job so i hv trusted to all their say and promises and like this they hv taken 41.5k from me.. With the hope of refunding them.. I really want this to b stopped.. Innocents are gettng hugely affected by this.. Pleass take some action agains them..

Sir... I have got call from shine.com. They told me that there is a job in melbourne, australia but before we apply that job, we need to register by paying 3500 k. Once amount is transferred in their account they will give us reference number, which will help us to contact recruiter in melbourne. They told us that, he will arrange visa and other things needed for job.

I would like to know whether they are genuine or not. Do your company charge such amount for providing job assistance. Please clarify. Thanks in advance

The company which is registered with your job portal called abel placement services, and able services these are fake companies which are registered with your job portal they are cheating candidates first they ll tell that we are hiring candidates for bank for back end office. And the banks which they tell are yes bank, axis bank, kotak mahindra bank, then later on they ask registration fees and document verification fees and policy fees like lakhs together money and they ll tell they will refund the money soon after appointment. When candidates believe and pay the fees they ll tell we will refund your money after face to face interview but they ll not refund money they switch off the phone numbers or change the nos. They have taken my money also and now their phones are off. So please do something take some action.. And when such fake consultancies are registering with your job portal please strictly verify there genuinity, and because of such fake job portal many candidates are been cheated so please take some action and help candidates.

I had a call from (Manu sharma ph. No. [protected]) saying that your profile is been shortlisted for which you have to registered yourself by paying 5699/-. After that they will forward my profile to the company for an interview. I got registered myself on shine.com hoping for better future.
After paying the amount they again called me saying that i have undergo the verification process (They did not told me that its an paid one).
I received a call from [protected]@shine who told me that this is the last payment which i will have to make after that its all done. But when i paid the amount, another mail received from ranjan asking to pay for another service which i refused. Now the seen is that the shine person manu and ranjan is not forwarding my profile and saying that you have to make the payment for rs 10260/- for other package.
My concer is that this the only services which are upto us to take it or not.

I demand my money to be refunded asap. As this is the fraud service.

Sir i got a call from shine.com ridhima called me she said my cv is short listed for job in canada for that i got a mail for dubai job. Than she said i have to pay 5100 rs as a security amount that will be refund if i will done all documentation process. Than she send me mail id with password i have paid amount 5100rs on that link after that she told me to pay 15000 rs for visa verification process that all will be refunded i have paid only 5100rs i want my money back i need money

I received a call from shine.com, about job requirements, and they offering unmatched profile, and when i ask the details of the company and offer he didnot say any thing, ok once he explaining the process ask me to come to online for registration for free of cost. (I know about the shine its purely fraud), after that i said i dont have a internet and i am little busy so he agreed and he say he will call me later, but i ask one question to him about what are the companies shortlisted of my profile kindly send me the details, so he unable to answer my query, finally i said this is the fraud service dont cheat to employers,
So finally he using unparliamemtary language, i warning to him i am going to give a complaint about u, he replied i will aslo take care of you. What is the meaning in this case, shine contact number were i received from [protected].

I want to get a call from shine management as soon as possible. Other wise i am going to give a compliant on this contact number. (See i have a total recording what executor had a conversation with me)

Today i went through a fraudulent activity by mr. Amit & mr. Gaurav gupta & mr. Vinod.

At around 01:00 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

Mr. Vinod was the first person to call me and he asked me if i am searching for job. Since i was already looking for it, i said yes and asked for what other services they give. So i enquired for overseas also like singapore, dubai etc..
He told me that he needs to transfer the line to his senior manager mr. Amit who look after the overseas requirements.
Mr. Amit talked to me and sent one email with regard to the services they provide - international resume writing (Me, can) & profile update for (Me, can). I became busy and asked him to call in the evening.in the email it was written that i need to pay somewhere around 7000/- inr and all my job assistance will be covered.

At around 05:30 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

Mr. Amit called me and said if i checked his email. I said i want job placement and he asked me to pay 6502/- (Discounted price) for international services but he never mentioned that this is only for resume writing and profile update and i need to pay again if i need to go through the whole process of job placement.
We both discussed for a long time and based on his emails from shine.com and payment link, i paid the amount.

At around 06:10 pm today (21st november 2017) :-

As soon as i paid the amount, another person called me mr. Gourav gupta who introduced himself as the hr person and the manager of mr. Amit.
Mr. Gourav gupta after explaining everything about the process of getting a job in middle east, he suddenly asked me to pay another amount of rs. 10667.00/-. For immigration opportunity assessment - middle east immigration & job search guidance with job thought report.
I was totally surprised.
And he was saying that my profile has been already shortlisted and my resume has been updated and the next step is paying the above amount and the process of getting job placement will start.

He seems to be totally fraud because he was forcefully over my shoulder asking for the payment and very irritating person. By his language, he does not seem to be a professional.
When i asked them about my services for which i have already paid 6502/-, he said, i will get all details only if i pay the rest of the amount of rs. 10k and if i don't pay this amount, then 6502/- rs. Will be forfeited and i have to pay again the same amount to process the job placement.

I request shine.com to refund my money of 6502/- and take steps against mr. Gourab gupta and mr. Amit who were mainly involved in the conversation. Within few hours, without availing services for the first amount i paid, he was asking me another payment.

My self registered profile in shine.com on 17/11/17 and after 2hrs one lady Anjali called and told we are from shine, some job vacancies are available.
Immediately person name Amit saxena mobile no [protected] called, there are 4 gulf jobs ready and interview will be on 25 /11/17.
I argued and asked to send job offer. he told, you have to pay first, otherwise your CV will be block listed & emotionally talked.

Later he asked me open web site JOIN NAUKRI.IN. I asked why i need open this web site, this is the part of Shine he replied.
I registered above web site and he asked payments for career services and i paid as below

Improve profile - Rs 4310 by debit card.
Profile verification-Rs 10502 by net bank
Career assistance- Rs 12390 by net bank
Maximize reach - Rs 12154 by net.

He created one recruiter ref ID: REF 101235IB007.and asked not show any body except recruiter.

Next day again he asking payment and i got doubt & enquired, It is scam and fake.

when iam asking refund my money and not accepting and no phone pick up.

Hello sir i'm from nagpur i got the call from +821 on saturday that person told me that im calling from shine for give us job that person take huge money from me by online transaction and the provided one email in dr. Raman. [protected]@gmail.com on that i'd i did all the transaction the got confirmation. Then i cancelled my job and he told me that u want to pay gst after that i payed all the hat and he told me that on24 hr i get ur balance in ur account but i didnt get any thing a please solve this

Hello, maine apki site me log in kiya tha aur mujhe apke yaha se icici bank me job ki call aayi thi. Iske liye maine registration amount (2500) pay kiya tha, uske baaad meine online exam diya tha jo ki maine clear kar liya tha. Lekin uske baaad mujhe interview cencel karwana pada financial condition sahi na hone ke karan mujhe ye cancel karna pada, uske baaad mujhe mera refund amount return nahi hua to please aap mera refund amount jald see jald return kar dijiye.

17 november. I have got a call from so called name mr. Anjali sharma, (Fake) said that calling from shine.com from delhi. He asked me to pay 2500 as registration fees and confirming job in hdfc bank. I didn't know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money, instead he took my photo copy of my marksheets and my resume. They conduct my interview 17 nov. Nd she (Anjali sharma) said result give u tomorrow and now today all mobile no. S are switched off i blindly provided the same. But later realized that its all fraud business. I hope he will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, i will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. It will be not with my knowledge. I paid the 2500/- amount to paytm account. I also please others not to trust such mails or call. Please take it as alert message for all.. And some mobile no. Paytm no. [protected].. This is to inform you that the above company shine.com has asked me to pay an amount of rs 7200/- through paytm transfer which i have done paying to rahul sharma where they have promised me to get an job in tata motors but till no i have not yet got an response or anything tried calling them many time but no proper update they are not giving my money back when i tried telling that ill reach out to consumer court they are like what the # the consumer court do and disconnected the call they have also used abusive language please help me asap if i am not getting my money no prob but i want this company shine.com to get shut down completely thank you

Some day ago i have got a call from so called name mr. Rah sharma, ([protected], [protected]) said that calling from shine.com from delhi. He asked me to pay 2500 as registration fees and 8500 as 1 yr bond fees for confirming job in hdfc bank. I din know that its spam. Its completely trap, he fooled me not only by taking the money, instead he took my photo copy of my kyc and my resume. I blindly provided the same. But later realized that its all fraud business. I hope he will not misuse my details in any activity, if also so, i will not be responsible for the further misuse of my details. It will be not with my knowledge. I paid the 11000/- amount to paytm account. I also please others not to trust such mails or call. Please take it as alert message for all.

Kajal sharma called me and said that you are hiring for hdfc bank and you will have to pay 1600 registration fees. I deposit 1600 by paytm. After this became telephonic interview and abhishek called me and said you are selected. And said to pay 5500. I paid it and they said to pay again and again and i paid totally 68100. I request plz return my totally amount. I below g to poor family. Plz help me.

On 16th november 2017, i received a call from shine.com and asked me to pay rs 5000 for a pharma job. I made the payment but due some unethical behavior of the caller, i demanded my money back. They told the money would be returned on 17th november at 11 a. M. But they did'nt answer the call. I haven't received my money till now. Kindly take it to notice and take action regarding the issue.

Today i have received a call from a person who was claimed that he is working in shine.com. He contacted me for a job opportunities available in singapore, malaysia etc., and asked me to pay rs. 7000/- as a processing fee. After checking the caller no and info about shine.com over online websites, i have decided not to pay any amount since the information i have identified is not good about shine.com there are many people who made a compliant against this company named shine.com and the persons called. When i shared these infom with a person named mr. Ranjan kumar who called me from shine.com, got angry and started arguing with me. I said clearly that i am not willing to pay any money and i am not going to trust you people for any kind. And also asked him that "please arrange some interview for me, if i am getting selected then i will pay the money which you have asked for". For this he started saying this is our company rules and you need to follow it. I said why should i follow your company's rules since i am not willing to do any processes with your company.

This is what happened to me today 17/11/2017. So please viewer beware about these people and be away from them. I am not sure they are really from shine.com because we cannot authenticate them that they are from shine.com. But still based on the online information about shine.com i can believe the the person contacted me is from shine.com.

I got a call from [protected] recruiting for airline job asked me to pay amt of 2000 for online test for 1st round later wen am asking abt details they r hanging up on my face. So i confirmed it's a fake company n fake website shine.com even am trying to contact to shine.com customer care number to help me out bt no response i posted complaints on dis issues yesterday if it is late also bt definitely am gonna track them out been an indian cheating ppl for money it doesn't make sense i hope very soon

Yesterday i received a call that my profile has been shortlisted by two mnc's and for which i need to pay security deposit of rs 2500/-, to make sure that i attend the interview.
That is completely refundable even if i get selected or not.

Talked in a very convincing way, and took me completely on confidence.
Then he said that he will be generating an id and sending me the payment link through sms. The link came and i paid rs.2500/-

After that he asked me to provide the documents, told me a list of documents and finally a profile verification certificate, i inquired about the certificate and all, then he again started convincing me that, this is required by all mnc's because there are people who put false degree and certificate in order to get the job, so to do a kind of background check this certificate is made one time.

Then i asked so i don't have that certificate, he said we can help you in that, it is chargeable and at the same time if you go through us it is refundable after you attend your telephonic interview.

Our discussion went for an hour and just for the sake my rs.2500/- was already paid, i took a risk of paying rs.6500 for profile verification.

Who so ever is reading this can say me a fool, dumb or anything, i won't mind, but i know how this happened as it went all through me, i know i was dragged by the way that person was talking. : (

I knew i am being cheated but some where i feel i was a kind of hypnotized. I know my money is not going to come back as i don't believe any police officer would barely take this thing seriously. I just want to inform everyone to be very very aware about all this.

My name is gaurav i am seeking for job and i use to apply on shine.com. Platform. I got call from shine representative "shivani lakhera" asking for 2, 999 for assistance in hiring process. I paid that amount then my profile transferred to another person "vivek kumar dubbey" who asked 11, 899.00 for documentation purpose like certificate verification and assessment report. Next day i received another call from a lady referring previous person vivek kumar dubey i do not remember that lady name. She asked 19, 000 as final amount for interviewing and hiring process.

I paid all this amount 2, 999+ 11, 899+ 19, 000 =rs 33, 898
Now i am waiting since my last payment of rs 19000 on 24th may and did not get any assistance in interview call or interview and hiring process and after my several call and email they said that we will not return your money.
