I then wrote to shine asking to close my account and removal of all details from their database. They wrote back saying that it cant be done.

I don't believe you have any right to hold my account active, after i have written to you asking for closure.

For completing procedure they said me to pay rs.2300 and i paid that much amount. After that they said me to pay rs.4500 for document verification i denied to pay that much amount.
