Sir, am abdul wahab i have uploaded my resume to shine.com. One of the person called me and said that there are vacancies in indigo airlines and to conduct a interview he asked me to pay 2500 and they conducted an online interview and now for getting me a call letter he asked me to pay 10500 i have paid that amount now he is asking me further to pay 19000. Now i came to know it is a fraud call and fraud interview so please help me with this situation and i want my money back... Pls help with me..

I have seen requirement in shine.com. Hirring for lg electronics in rourkela. I called this number he told that registration fees 3000. And after that he told 160000. But he didi not pick up the phone. I have give 9000. He also send me offer latter but when go to join no vacancy is there. I want my money and as soon as possible give action in this organisation. I want refound my money. I called 100 times but he cut the phone.

I had updated my cv in your shine.com. Yesterday a call came on behalf of your company with a job offer. And they asked me to remit a payment of rs.4130. I did make the payment today i. E 8/11/2017. But no such updates came in my profile of shine.com.

I feel i was cheated by some one else.

I went through an interview process through shine for weeks back. The process was carried out by a so called third party "careerscribe" which has a tie up with "shine.com". It all started on 12th of october, 2017. I received a call from one of their executives saying that i have an opportunity in bangalore at an mnc and that i needed to pay them 2500rs for the initial follow up with the company from their end.
After paying this amount i received a mail from them about complete refund once the first interview completes (I was told to undergo two interviews in the mail itself).

On the same day itself they told me that the company in which i have to interview requires some "online verification" for which i had to pay 6500rs. They told me that every penny that i am paying was completely refundable and that i should trust them on this. So i ended up paying them this amount as well. I again received a mail from them about the money being completely refundable.

The very next i. E. On 13th october, 2017 they sent me a link "http://profileonline.in/e-profiler.php" and said that company requires the candidates e-profile which can be generated with the provided link. For this they asked me to pay 9000rs more. Now i did get this thought that i am being conned and that this is all a scam but they said that in order for the complete amount to be refundable i have to undergo first interview. So i paid them this too. For this also they sent me a mail about the refund and all. First interview happened on the 14th of october, 2017 and the guy told me that i will be informed as to how the interview went.

So while i was waiting for the reply from the company as to whether i made it to the second interview, i repeatedly called people from "careerscribe" and told them that the first interview was over and that now the money should be refunded. They told me that it was diwali week and my money would get refunded by 23th october, 2017.

On 21st october 2017, i recieved a mail from the mnc saying that i made it to the second interview. It was scheduled on 23rd october, 2017 i. E. Monday. On reaching their office i got to know that there was no person with the contact name mentioned in the mail from the company. I repeatedly called people from "careerscribe" but there was no reply from their end. I even mailed them that i will go legal and take actions against them. But they didn't pay any attention to it.

On 6th novemeber, 2017 a guy name "aman choudhary" claiming to be hr from shine called me and said that my application has come to them and that my money will be refundable now. But just like every other time there was a catch. He told me that i had to pay 30% of the total amount (18000rs) as gst to the bank and then he will generate an invoice and then only my money will get refunded. He didn't even sound like an hr and was fully rude and misbehaved over the call. I haven't received his calls since then. I am not sure whether that was someone really from "shine.com" or a fraud claiming to be the hr.

So i would kindly like to request shine.com to look into the matter and initiate the refund process.

Hii i got msg from shine on oct'13 he is offering me airline ground staff one online exam also written after that i paid total 51, 400/- he is sending duplicate offer letter at the time i confirmedthis is fake letter. I am responded immediately please give me my money back he says with in one week u will get your money but still i'm didn't get any amount and he is not lifting my phone.. And now they are not responding

He has asked initially 1) rs2967+gst =3501.06
2) rs 7999+gst=10618.32
3) rs2500.42 all for identity security
Totally rs16620.30/paid thro online. He has planned telphonic interview on today @1100am by dubai johnson & johnson uae ltd
Again he has asked some higher amount..
From the begining only he told me, if iam selected / not selected amount will be refundable w/o gst,, first payment only, ie, rs3501/ i am interested to pay, but he extracted from me further amount.
After my late alert, i asked the procedures, rules & regulations, terms & conditions, he only given, receipt for two time payment. Another one payment receipt he has to give.

I want your clarity in this regard

Dear hr. Head,

Mr. Prince (Executive shine jobs) call me on[protected] at 2:21 pm and said that your resume is selected for interview and you have to pay only 10 rs. For interview process and no extra amount is required.
I said that how it is possible but told me that this is a recorded call and there is no cheating in shine jobs and talked me 28 minutes. Mr. Prince provided me shinepro jobs link and as per discussion as soon i payment 10 rs. Through this link, my account deducted 3000 rs. And i told him my account deducted 3000 rs. Mr. Prince disconnected my call and my account deducted one by one total 10000 rs.
I asked him about this, he told me that he refund my amount and day to day activities and say tomorrow, tomorrow.
I request you to that kindly do necessary action.

Khandewal both are saying tell manoj to provide courier docket but i am faith only on manoj & ridhima.
Swati give me a mail id & i forward the all transaction detail to her. Manoj give offer letter/bond letter both i filled along with my scan certificates adhaar card send to mr. Manoj. 15th of sept i call to mr. Manoj about courier he told me wait some time in evening 3 o’clock i received a call person ask i mr. Khanna hr of icici pennal beta your joining is postpone for 3rd of oct 2017 due to the north (Punjab/haryana & himachal) profile verification pending.
The 18th sept. 2017 gone than i call to ridhima she take call & ask i am hospitalize due to dengue but she asure me consult with manoj. Than mr. Khanna call me malkiat you have to deposit a sum of rs.25500/- the security of computers & others that you use in the bank is also refundable i call to manoj about this demand manoj told me that i request to sir about waiveoff this amout. Manoj call me back & ask malkit ji it company policy but i request to sir & he agree on 50% of this amout that is 12750/- so deposit than i understand something is wrong but i need this job & deposit the amount.
That there is new twist is that mr. Khanna told me on phone malkiat the bank crm team visit your house & handed over the all docs for joining. I call mr. Khanna on 6th day oct. I surprising fe demanding another rs.12750/- more otherwise they can’t do anything i refuse to mr. Khanna it’s over now.
I am not given any amount plz tell me about the refund of my all money he cut my phone i call several time to mr. Manish he can’t take my.
Than again i contact to ridhima she pick phone & said that you joining is conform after diwali or last of this month. I call to ridhima after diwali on 27th of oct. She told me that i have sms you the courier docket than evening of 27th oct.2017 she sms me the docket # [protected] of blue dart. I have contact to blue dart customer care # [protected] they said there is not any courier or docket issue by blue dart & sms to ridhima that there is fake docket no. Now ridhima block my number when i call her only line busy is shown. I call from another mobile she pick the phone & identify my voice & ask your sound is not clear.

Usa.com and i selected in phone interview and pay to 10500 amount for training in lg company say to me by rishbh khurana i am just conform by you this interview is real for fraud. Please sir rply me.

I received a call from a number[protected] claiming that they are from shine.com and saying they have two vaccines for wipro and ibm and for that i have to pay a sum of inr 2500. Then i was asked to register in a site named shinejobpro.com and to make a transaction of 10 rupees and rest of the payment after getting the offer letter. When i made the transaction, a total amout of inr 5000 was debited from my account by altering the atm pin. So please let me know if a person is using shine.com portal for such kind of fraudulent activities, they are using your brand name and goofing the users, where does your brand name stand? And if you are not taking any actions against all such frauds, who will?
I know as users we have to be aware of such scams but they are so convincing sometimes and provide you with facts and figures also.
So please take some steps against all these nuisance.+

I have been cheated by shine.com. A person named aayush called me and asked to pay inr 3100 for registration. The very next day i get another call from puran saying, our analytics team is working on ur resume, prior to ghat you need to register for the interview preparation program for which u need to pay inr 6053. I felt something fishy here but the way they convinced me made me pay this amount as well. Then again i get few calls from umesh/pooja/ankit saying i need to go for pmp certification, for which i'll have to pay inr 15000. I refused but they tried to convince me saying i can pay this amount in emi's. I said i'm not in a position to pay even a single penny, so they came up saying i'll be given discount and will be charged inr 10000. I got frustrated as i realized that they've cheated me and r still trying to steal more money from me and said i don't want to go for any certification and i[censored] guys want to market my resume u may else forget it. For which they say that if i'm not ready to pay this, they will not answer my calls and i too shouldn't call them asking for the services for which i paid inr 10000.

Now you guys decide what should we do with these kind of fraudsters?

I feel there will be no help for me even if i complain, as there are many such frauds happening around us.

If anyone knows anyone who can help me out in getting my money back from shine.com please let me know.

Today i got call from shine.com from the mob no[protected], he said to pay 10/- by paytm by using my debite card no and i do it, but after 5 min i got 4 masages regarding to debite of amount 5000/-, 4999/-, 4999/-, 2000/-, how they can withdraw the heavy amount from my account, i want refund my amount.
I request u please refund my money. And punish the nonsense people.

Sir first i paid rs 2999 for round one and told to fwd my resume. After forwarding my resume they told that your resume is not upto the mark. You are requested to deposit 6999 more. Said that our experts will update your resume and will fwd the draft resume for your confirmation. But all is useless. Ritesh. Till now, no call or job action. Plz help me in refunding my amount..

I uploaded my resume in shine.com and some company called me and offered me airport cabin crew for registration they asked Rs 2000 and they told it was refundable if I haven't get that job and they gave mail confirmation for refund they send online test link and after second round they again told me to pay 10500 for profile verification but they haven't told earlier to pay this amount to me and I don't have enough money and I refused to make 10500 payment and told them to cancel the job but they hasn't refunded my Rs 2000 amount.. Please help me and kindly take the action against them

My name is mohd azam i got a three calls from shine.i called him same day but they said me my cv select for short-listed an they told me about three intervie (telephonic-face-to-face) and one of the genrel knowledge intervie
and they said me to payed amount of two thousand amount by paytm.
im confused about that how can i trust is it real call or fraud call

I got a call stating that 2 mncs companies have matched your profile and you need to pay 2700 for getting a job there which was refundelable till time.
I did that. They gave me my id no as [protected]@997. Then a day later, i got same number call saying you need to pay 6500 for your profile verification from shine.com and if you do not pay this amount your 2700 is non refundable. So i paid that as well, then after that they asked me 9000 more for e-verification.
So i searched on internet regarding this and got a large amount of fake calls with same matter.
The numbers used to trick me were - +[protected], +91 [protected] and +91 [protected] with email id as [protected]@careerscribe.in, [protected]@gmail.com, yogesh. [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@in. Ibm.com.
Now i don't have any idea where my money is and how will i get that refund.

They said your cv was shortlisted for axis bank and you have to first pay the registration fee which was rs.1500 and this is refundable i was pay that amount through paytm and pass online test. Next day they said you have to deposit 7500rs. For documents verification and i do not send and told them to refund my 1500rs. They said it was 45 days procedure and i[censored]h want your money back right now you have to send 1500rs. And we will send 3000rs. To your paytm account. And i said no then they told me to provide ur debit card details and i provide bt my account was nil at that time and i also told the otp bt they said ur account and uh have atleast some amount in your account what should i do
