[Resolved] Shine.com — cheating done by shine employee | |
Dear Sir, This is to draw your kind attention towards the practice shine staff is doing. As I am not getting the proper response of your support executive Munesh Kumar ([protected]), I think that, it is better to update this to senior most of shine so that proper action can be taken in this regards. The first Payment was initiated on 25th Nov'2018 on Sunday with your executive Poonam ([protected]) at that time she introduced herself as the executive of shine.com to avail the services of job opportunities from your data bank. I made the payment to activate & avail the services vide order no. (178012) IN20181125_153447_130737. The payment was made through the link sent by them. After that, as per her confirmation i was asked to send the email of my resume to Mr. Saurav. So I send it to s.[protected]@shine.com. After due discussions with Mr. Saurav ([protected]) he asked make some payment nearly 12K for the resume development. I denied to that as my resume has already designed by the professionals & don’t want to make changes in that. So he told me that then we cannot take any guarantee for the job opportunity. I told him that, you are making me the opportunity available not going to give me the job without any interview clearance, so if we can proceed with the same resume then it will be good. He refused to do such thing & asked me to go for the cancellation process. He told me that you will receive the call for the same. Just told them that you have got the better job so you don't want to proceed further. The refund process will get speedup due to this. After that on next day I got a call from Mr. Nigam ([protected]) saying that he is from shine & wants to complete the cancellation procedure. He asked me few questions for which I gave him the answers as suggested by Mr. Saurav of Shine. He told me that the resume development charges is not mandatory you can proceed without that. I got convinced so he asked me to go for the further procedure. So he directed me to the portal www.dreamnaukari.net. I asked him that, it is not shine. But the shine logo was there on the site. He told me that they are the channel partner of shine. That’s why we can put our logo on the site. I proceeded further I made the payment of 42, 008/-. But when he asked me for the document verification charges of Rs. 14000/- I denied for it. I told him that it is to be paid by the Employer who needs to get it verified not by me. He tried to convince me that the amount is refundable. But any how I was firm on my point & requested to cancel the procedure & refund me my amount. He asked me to pay the Rs. 10, 620/- for the security amount which is refundable after 15 days. After confirmation of from you Mr. Tarun Walia, the senior of them I made that payment. On 3rd December’ 2018 they confirmed that the cancellation procedure has been completed & you will get the amount return in 7 working days. They also confirmed me the amount of refund Rs. 52, 389/- after the deduction of Rs. 239/-. The amount I had paid at the start of Rs. 4, 248/- was also included in it. When I didn’t got the refund I started making strong follow-up with them they started making date commitment. I discussed the matter with Mr. Walia & Mr Nitin Tyagi repeatedly. They also promised me for the refund. When I contacted Mr. Saurav for the same he told me that, for that you need to deposit 11 K to initiate the legal refund procedure. I am surprised with that. When I talked with Mr Nigam again then he commented that, he knows the procedure. But we have already taken the security amount of Rs. 10620/- from you so no need to make any payment. Till today I am getting only the date commitments even after 60 days but not the refund. I think that somewhere your staff & this dreamnaukri.net people is cheating me. These days a lot of fake recruiters are calling the candidates using the name of reputed job portals and extract heavy money from them. We will like to clarify that Shine.com is not linked with any such recruiter or consultants. Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, sms or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com. Please go through the communication very carefully. When I asked for refund to your executive he told me that you will get a call for the same but tell them that I got the better opportunity so I want to cancel the services. After that I received the call from Mr. Nigam in continuation of my discussions with your executive. My question is that how that fraud person came to know that I want to cancel the services, How he has my payment details along with my registration number of shine which should be strictly confidential. He knows every details I had discussed with your executive. I had already provided the details to your office which clearly shows the link of your executives with these fraud people. Also one point to be noted that one of your senior told me that they are not making any calls on sunday ..but I got the first call from shine on sunday.
All these facts has already been updated to your seniors. But they are not ready to accept the facts that my data has been compromised by their own executives Poonam & Saurav & they provided the same to fraud people to earn the money. I also updated for two such customer's of shine who opted to cancel the services & got cheated by the same staff member. The details are provided to the concern..
Your office doesn't have any explanation for the data lik..even your executives Janki Bisht, Vivek has used very rubbish explanations & language to protect these cheater executives. Even I when I updated your office for the fraud at that time the link showing your shine logo, office details & all my transaction details & my shine id was active. But your Maunishkumar didn't took timely action & reported the same to your legal department for the further action. Instead he communicated to that fraud person which results in deactivation of the link & phone number. Non of your seniors was aware of that. When I made my follow up strong they told me that link is deactivated.
So many evidences were given to your executives but they only covered it. Now you are making the excuses that we are not responsible for that...
Instead you should launch an FIR against your such executives & should stand with your customer & save them from getting cheated from your employees in such a way.
Hope that you will go deep in this matter & make justice to your customer.
