[Resolved]  Shine.com — cyber crime complaint against shine.com

Respected sir/mam,
I was searching job, so i upload my cv on shine.com. I received email from [protected]@gmail.com as from hiring team.in this mail they said to upload my academic certificates on this mail. After some time i received call from on phone by [protected] and the guy congratulate me that my profile is matched with 2 opportunity they have for me. They asked few questions and assured me about my job in international school, with gross salary of 31, 500 /-rs, after few moments i received call from [protected] mr. Rahul hr of shine.com. He demanded 3000/-rs as registration fee. They said that this amount will be refundable; they will refund it when i will join my job, so i deposit money in [protected]@paytm.com. They said that my interview will be scheduled into two parts, firstly i will interview on phone by school hr, then at the school face to face with academic head. Next day on 17.07.2018 they again call me and demand 6800/-rs, then rs.14500/-rs as security, then on 19.07.2018 they said that school want money rs. 22500/-rs as job bond, they grab total 46800/-rs and i have receipt of bhim app 43800/-rs. And i have receipt emails as payment receipt. He said that this amount will be refundable. But when i visit his said school, school refused to have any link with any shine.com. I am really embarrassed that they make me fool. It’s really hearts a lot.
I am requesting that i uploaded my personal data on site shine.com, then how fraud guys get my personal information’s:- my name, phone number, e-mails id, even my cv? If any recruiter view any candidate profile on shine.com then this site database have complete data of that farm or company etc. When any candidate or recruiter register on shine.com, he/she need to enter his/her complete detail with verification of his mobile number/email-id during registration process. But now when i contact to shine.com they said they have many recruiter, how we can say who fraud is. I am requesting when they have no idea about fraud farm then why they give needful candidate’s data to any one before verify that this farm is fraud not. I am requesting shine.com employees are doing these kinds of frauds and after all these, said any other fraud farm doing all this. I want my money back and strict legal action against shine.com’s concerned people under act 2000 cyber crime or act implement for this fraud. Please help me to get my money back. I will be very thankful.
