Dear Sir,
Today morning a call was received from shine.com, regarding a job change.Initial discussion was for paid services that i.e. amount Rs.3600/- will be charged & if payment is done through UPI, there will be a 10% discount and it is Rs.3293.94/-, which will provide6 month validity & conducting interview placement and no further payment will be required for any purposes for further services.On my request a relationship manager was provided & Mr. Vikas Pandey (+91-[protected]) as a relationship manager was assigned to me.On discussion for assisting Job, he asked me to make a payment of Rs. 1000/- but he sent a proforma invoice of Rs.6, 994.82/- and for which I said it was not know to me in my initial discussion with his Executive & his Seniors. But that payment was also made by me & he said now no further payment will be requested neither by him & nor by his team in future.But after that another proforma invoice raised Rs., 9895.97/- for other services & after a long argument it was also paid.Now he is forcing me to pay another amount of Rs.15759.00/ for more services, when I refused to pay & asked him to refund all 3 paid amounts of (Rs.20, 184.19/-) and now he has refuses to refund the payment.
Now I request the team to kindly arrange to refund my total payment which I have in the last 2-3 hours today i.e. 25.02.2025.
