I’m writing this after endless frustration with Shine.com, and I want to warn everyone before they waste their hard-earned money here.

Shine.com representatives are completely unprofessional and misleading. They promise premium career services, profile building, and job support — but once the payment is made, they vanish. Despite repeated emails highlighting over 10 specific issues, I’ve only received copy-paste replies with zero resolution.
The latest mail from their team (Madhu) was the final straw — she lied blatantly in writing, claiming no issues were identified, even though all the problems were already shared multiple times. This shows not just negligence but a complete lack of honesty and accountability.
To make it worse, they keep saying “refund is not possible” as if they’re running a dictatorship, not a service business. How can a company refuse a refund when no service has been provided and the customer is clearly dissatisfied?
It’s shameful that a platform like Shine.com treats working professionals with such disrespect and arrogance. Their customer care doesn’t value time, doesn’t return calls as scheduled, and blames customers instead of owning up to their mistakes.
If you’re considering Shine.com — please save yourself the stress. There are far better, transparent, and ethical platforms out there.
Shine.com should hang its head in shame for how it’s exploiting customers and ruining its reputation with this kind of behaviour.
All I expect now is a full refund and a written apology — nothing less would justify this experience.
