[Resolved] Shine.com — undisclosed charges taken

I was called by Shine executives, and without telling me the complete charges that are payable for what services, they kept on sending me emails for more payments.

First they took payment of 3600, then 6800 and then asked for 8400. When I refused to pay further, they said you will not get assistance with only 2 payments.
I want a complete refund of the amount as I do not want any service from Shine, if it cannot be transparent with me regarding charges.
I was never told about the complete service charge that is applicable to me, and after each payment, more invoices were sent to me.

All of this has happened today-28th June, I want quick action to be taken, as I do not want any service.
