I am writing to register a serious complaint regarding the unprofessional and misleading conduct I have experienced with shine.com job services team.
At the time of enrollment, I was never informed of the complete and exact amount payable upfront. Instead, thier team misled me by demanding payments in a piecemeal manner, extracting money step by step under the pretext of “next-level” services. This practice is not only unethical but also amounts to misrepresentation of services.
When I raised this issue formally with Shine.com, instead of addressing my grievance, thier representative Mr. Munish shockingly called me a “liar” without any facts to substantiate such an accusation. This behavior is unacceptable, highly unprofessional, and reflects very poorly on the company’s values.
I have already elaborated the entire sequence of events in my communication, but it appears Shine.com is more focused on covering up the matter rather than resolving it. Further, despite my repeated requests, I have not been offered a refund of the amount I have already paid for services that were mis-sold and misrepresented.
I hereby demand:
An unconditional written apology for the unprofessional and insulting behavior of your representative.
A full refund of the amount I have paid toward these misleading services.
Immediate corrective measures to ensure such unethical practices do not continue with other customers.
