I was called by Shine executives, and without telling me the complete charges that are payable for what services, they kept on sending me emails for more payments.
First they took payment of 3292 for premium service, then 4673. When they asked for another 9656rs, I refused to pay further, they said you will not able to provide services fully. With the partial payments the service they are were telling is not useful.
I want a complete refund of the amount as I do not want any service from Shine, if it cannot be transparent with me regarding charges. When i raised this concern they were telling that they will it as feedback
I was never told about the complete service charge that is applicable to me, and after each payment, more invoices were sent to me.
All of this has happened 25th August 2025, I want quick action to be taken, as I do not want any service. Was this information helpful? |
