Shine.com — Fraud activity

I have got from [protected] this number for job recruitment and for that they asked me online payment of Rs 10 as registration fee. As per instruction I did. But in this transaction I got the OTP for Rs 9910 /-.. so i want to complain about this fraud activity.. pls register my complain.. I can send u call recording also...
