I was received a call from [protected](I guess Naukrifine company employee) telling me that my resume which I had uploaded on shine.com has been shortlisted for a job at IBM. So, I told him that I am interested for the internship and not the job and then he told me that for the further process you need to fill your information at NaukriFine.com and then pay registration fees of Rs 20. So, the moment I paid Rs 20, I received a message that total INR 2020 is deducted from my account. On this, I called him immediately that this much amount has been deducted and then he told me I am filing a complaint for refund to your account. Then, he asked me a OTP I received on my phone for the verification. I refused to give otp many times but he was telling that if you need the refund you need to share the otp for verification of refund. When I gave him the otp, another 20, 320.40 Rs deducted from my account. All, these transactions were done through Axis Bank Credit card(Registered Mobile No: [protected]). I again called him immediately and he told me to not worry and my refund will be done. He was asking me to register 20 Rs again from the account in which there is minimum Rs 22, 340 amount so that he can verify for that refund and can process the refund in that account. But again, for these he was asking for the otp which was coming in my phone. This time I refused to give him otp. Now, he is telling me that if I don't share the otp, refund of 22, 340 cannot be done. I even urged him to transfer the refund through any other mode of payment like UPI payment but he refused me by telling that this is not our company policy. I was in a long call with him from around 6:30pm- 7:40 pm today[protected] and then he told that his office hour is over, call me tomorrow after 9:30 am. I request you to please look into this matter and investigate that person.
