[Resolved] Shine.com — frauds calls from shine.com and stolen my money. | |||
I am brindha devi, i have registered my self in shine jobs. First i got a call from your side to pay 2500 for registration and said that money will be refundable. I have done the payment, then my call transferred to some senior he said that my profile transferred to DELL for job then my call transferred to another person, he said he is a HR person of the DELL company and interviewed me. Then i have received a mail from ([protected]@india.com) that i have selected for the job profile, but for signing the bond you have to pay rs 6800 and said this amount is also refunded once i join the job at dell. Atlast i came to know that the calls are fraud. After that they were not responding my calls. kindly please take action on this. i got call from these numbers JANAVI ([protected]), Rajat Sharma ( [protected]) please enquire these numbers and refund my amount of rs 9300. Please note that Shine.com is not responsible for, and expressly disclaims all liability for any such communication via email, SMS or phone call by a frivolous source claiming to have got the contact details of the concerned person through or representing Shine.com.Therefore jobs seekers are advised not to indulge in any monetary engagement with such sources in the name of guaranteed interviews with employers or refund. This kind of no such activity has been done at our end, in association with such fraudster. We have been receiving such complaints from some customers/general public who have become victims of such fraudulent and cheating activities at the hands of many criminal elements. Also, many senior authorities have been initiated by our company to control these activities. You can initiate the below actions before relevant authorities for your claims:- A) File a complaint with your bank to get a chargeback and ask them to blacklist the merchant who made this transaction.
